Simon Hotel

The staff was great and the property was as well. The room was lovely and I had a great view of the Carnival parade. I will stay here next time I visit Martinique. Also, they have onsite parking which is beneficial for staying near the parade site.

Excellent service.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was nice and accommodating. A bit noisy during the last 2 days of Carnival and when the cruise ships arrived.

We really enjoyed our stay at Simon Hotel, and we chose to return here multiple times during our journey. The hotel was clean, the rooms were nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Agathe deserves a special mention, for some great tips and help. The hotel is located on the seafront, right in the center of Fort-de-France, which makes it very easy to get around by foot. My only critique is that the shower heads could very well need replacing. In total, I stayed in three different rooms across three different floors, and the shower head was bad in all three rooms. So I encourage management to replace those. Such a beautiful hotel deserves it. Apart from that little detail, the rooms were absolutely spotless and comfortable, and the next time I go to Fort-de-France, I'll be happy to book with Simon Hotel again!
