Hotel was fine. However, the bar/restaurant apparently are closed on the weekends. This needs to be disclosed as I would not have stayed here knowing this as I didn’t have power following a storm and just wanted to relax with dinner and a glass of wine.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Flowood
118 Laurel Park Cove, Flowood, MS, 39232 on Thursday October 12th - Sunday October 15th. On Thursday about 15 minutes after I checked into my room, I called down to the from desk because the refrigerator was not coming on. Upon further inspection I saw that it was unplugged. As I tried to plug it back up water started leaking from it. I also saw how dirty and nasty it was. I explained this to the young man and he came right up. He said that he was the only one on duty and said that I’d have to wipe up the water because house keeping was gone for your night. He said that he would leave at note for the manager to call Mr the next morning which would have been Friday 10/13. I cleaned the water up and he plugged the refrigerator up however, I didn’t use it because it was nasty and had mold it in. The next morning I went down for breakfast around 6:15 and asked to speak with the manager. I was told that she wasn’t in yet but would call me call me when she got in later. The lady also said that house keeping would be up to clean the refrigerator. I advised that I put my “do not disturb” sign on the door because I funky like people in my room while I’m out. The lady at the from said that’ll be ok and they would find while I’m in my room. I waited in my room for about 4 hours that morning no one came and the manger didn’t call.I left and stopped at the from desk yet again.

It was a nice place to sleep. The water is so soft it makes the bath overly slippery. It needs some type of mat or something to help with this.

The service was SOOOO good. Staff we're pleasantly efficient. Very nice hotel.we were able to walk to restaurants and other amenities.

We have stayed at this property several times with no problems. This trip was different. The shower water was not hot. No extra sheets or blanket in the closet for the pull out. The room was muggy. There were people partying in the adjacent room ALL night. I called the desk around midnight to ask if there was something they could do. I’m not sure if they did, but it never stopped. The awful music and yelling continued to at least 3am. Again, we’ve stayed here 5 or 6 times in the last 2 years and have never had problems. Wasn’t the best visit this trip.

They sent us to 2 rooms that already had someone in them and then changed us from a 2 queen room to a king with a sleeper sofa which I never stay in.

My room still had trash in the bins. There was plaster on the floor from a hole in the ceiling. The shower leaked out into the entrance and bed area. Left with bites on feet and upper leg area.

Supposed to have free breakfast. Was told to pay for it and would get reimbursed?? Very unorganized and sub par. Not clean and staff wasn’t helpful. Got to room and there were no towels. Called front desk and was told to come get them if I wanted them. Room was dirty with used Kleenexes on floor. Very disappointing and won’t be back.

The rooms are disgusting. There was hair all over the bathroom. Trash in the floors. I had to clean the bathroom before I could use it. I talked to guy at the front and he said I know it's aweful. I'm sorry. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place and the staff are amazing! We are still here and they helped us w a deal past our stay while our a/c went out at home. The food leaves much to be desired but there are so many food places, it’s not even a bad thing!

The room had quite a bit of wear and was showing it’s age. The sofa pullout was dirty and stained. When we requested a mattress pad, we were told they didn’t carry them. There was also trash under the pullout. I will say that the ac worked really well.

The staff was so friendly. The pool was fabulous. Only complaint was no breakfast served on Sunday morning.

It was fine. I was annoyed that it said it was 1.5 miles from the airport and it was more like 6 so not sure whose fault that was but I had a 6am flight so I left later than I would have but luckily still made the flight. The stay itself was fine. Clean but not luxurious.

This was my first visit to this Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Flowood. The property was very clean, the staff extremely friendly and my room was very comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

It would have been helpful to know they did not have breakfast on Sunday nor was their restaurant open. We had chosen this hotel because of those two things! I feel that we should have at least gotten free waters/juice or some discount as we had to then go out to find breakfast.

We travel frequently which requires hotel stays the majority of the time. Upon arrival, the building is nice and smells great in the lobby but our room was not up to par. For the amount we were charged (though this room was free because of the amount of stays through Hotels.com), being that this is a top-notch hotel chain (Hilton), the room wasn't cleaned well at all. There was lots of hair in the sink & bathtub, and it appears as if the floor was not vacuumed where our little one was playing. The refrigerator was not clean and we had to do it ourselves in order to place our items in it. We hardly ever leave reviews, but things were not good this time and we are not satisfied.
