booked 6 months ago, but got a top floor room, ! room small and not clean. very noise outside.

The staff eere very friendly. Theres no lifts so i had to change my room to lower floor. Rooms at front of hotel are very noisy with music from a lot of outside venues. Breakfast not great at all.caters more for asian guests. Needs selection for non asians.

They also provide free transfer to/fro airport Only bad points i encountered was when the breakfast staff was staring at me angrily on the 1st day when i accidentally spilled some coffee on the ground (luckily she seem to lighten up the 2nd day) and there were 1 or 2 small cockroach in the room

My room was noisy from time to time, but mostly OK at night. Good bed, Wi-Fi not always good. Breakfast could be better.

Great service at the hotel! The location is very close to the Night Market. The airport transfer service worked very well.

Nice hotel close to pub street, east access to good restaurants and shopping, massage etc

location fantastic next to multi night markets. off the busy street so minimal street noise. staff very friendly and vert helpful. breakfast good combination of Asian and Western. Would stay there again.

The staff were okay. The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard which I don’t blame the staff for I feel it’s managements job to make sure staff are trained properly. There were stains on my bathroom floor which were there when I arrived and were still there when I left. The bathroom itself was not cleaned the whole time I was there.

Room B204 Water heater is not functioning well, hot cold hot cold during usage. Bathroom light is connected with bathroom ventilation fan, which is very noisy each time the light switched on. Make up room service didn't attend to washing/cleaning used glass/cups. Breakfast so so average. But overall location can be 5 star.

Had a very pleasant stay, clean rooms - great location If you want to be close to Pub street. Staff was very courteous as well. Only room for improvement was the water pressure for the shower.

Pros: clean room with pleasant decor in good location. Cons: without question the worst bathroom ergonomics I’ve ever seen. Lighting so poor you can barely see your face when shaving, and a shower with two temperatures, scalding hot or freezing cold. Save for one pleasant front desk girl, staff not very friendly or helpful. Workers were also banging stuff around in the hallway around 6 am

We stayed at this hotel for one night, and the free airport tuk-tuk pick-up service was very convenient. The hotel staff were extremely accomodating, and provided us with breakfast in a box so that we could bring it with us to watch the sunrise over Angkor Wat. The room was clean, and the AC unit worked great. The only downfall is the fact that the hot water would turn on and off every few seconds, although this wasn't too big of an issue overall. We stayed on the fourth floor and had to lug our luggages up, since there wasn't an elevator. Again, this wasn't an issue since we had packed light. The location is close to the night market, but it didn't feel too loud by any means. Our Tuk Tuk driver Mr. Virak (Tuk Tuk No. 10) was great! He drove us around to all the temples and waited for us. I would stay at this place again.

Nicely decorated rooms in a classic black and white theme. Location was fantastic next to the new night market and pub street. Complimentary 2-ways pick up and send off service was a plus. Would stay again.

Good choice, reasonable price with great location.

We stayed 4 nights. Our room was ok, but the shower was bad. The shower temperature wasn't steady. The wifi was slow and sometimes it dropped off. The staff was nice and breakfast was ok. We booked tuk tuk with hotel for our Angkor wat adventure.

The great thing about this place was its proximity to everything. Just a walk away from the Night Market, Pub Street, Old Market, Artisan Workshop, even the Preah promh rath Pagoda. And after all that walking and temple run, a quick dip in their pool to cool you down. Their staff was very accommodating as well.

The hotel is small, but at very good location. Many restaurants whether Khmer food or western are available. Foot massages services are plenty and available at competitive prices.
