There was zero moving air. No air conditioning, no fan system, no ceiling fan or even a floor fan. Window did open but zero breeze. I could not stay the night. I was sweating even after a cold shower so I booked another hotel and left.

This is a bare bones hotel room, which is fine if this is what you need. There is no reception area and you check in on a kiosk. There aren’t even drinking cups or glasses provided for water-like I said, basic and just the essentials. Check in was easy on the kiosk and the space was clean and accommodating. I didn’t realize the room didn’t have AC but thankfully in Zurich it doesn’t get hot in July. We opened the window and cooled the room off with no problem. The hotel is very close to the bus and we used it to get around the city and to the airport. Overall good place to rest your head for the night.

No air conditioning or fan in the room and very little air flow so it was extremely hot and stuffy. We could not sleep at all. Given the price this was very disappointing.

Excellent location, literally 10 minutes walk from Parking6 of ZRH. Very clean. Would appreciate though if guests could receive an extra email with further instructions: - the building has several entrances, but only one has a Check-in machine - please give instructions where is THAT needed entrance. - please add more details how to use the receipt printed by a check-in machine - not only us, but other guests were confused too. So people trying to catch other people to get help. Would be great if you can cover this. - give instruction on where to find Wi-Fi password. It is printed on the back of the room door. But this is rather surprising, it's normally only fire emergency info. So a simple extra email could have fixed all these hesitations. Thank you!

Very close to airport. Check-in ok, not seamless. Building hallways had a cooking smell. Grocery nearby. Ok for one night, early am flight. Low water pressure. Very narrow twin beds.

It was a nice one night stay. It wasn't bad actually except I got confused with code to check in, good thing 2 tenants help me and assist me to get through and get the code. They don't have a reception actually its just a email code that works but the room was nice and very clean its kinda hot in the room so I open my sliding door but everything was Ok. And its walkable to the airport like it took me for just 15 minutes walk. I will definitely come back next time for my trip to Zurich.

Room 115 smells of tobacco quite a lot. The microwave at max.power couldn't heat my dinner, the stove doesn't even exists, the towels are small... 125€ for one night in an old stinky room. Never again

Totally unacceptable experience. We were locked out of our our own room immediately after check in. Had to leave and find another Hotel after only an hour due to ZERO staff on the premises

Disappointed. The entire building has an odour of Asian restaurant. I like Asian food, but do not like when the smell is ever present everywhere. There is also a constant smell of cigarette smoke, both of these seem to come from the part of the building with more permanent tenants. There was also a sewage smell coming out of the shower. Extremely basic apartment style hotel. The most frustrating part for me was getting waken up at 1:00am by teenagers having a party in a nearby room and the corridor just outside my room. Called the number provided for urgent matters several times but nobody was answering and I would get disconnected every time. The small difference in price with other traditional airport hotels nearby is not worth it. Spend an extra 10-15 euros and avoid the frustration.

Even though i like the automated check in but, the room was not clean. The no smoking signs are everywhere but the room smell was awful. People smoke inside? TV channels were all scrambled.

There is no reception. One of the duvets in our room was not clean,it was dirty and smelt of perfume I called the 24hr phone line and was told someone would come straight away. Over an hour later no one had turned up.On ringing again I was given a code for another room to go to and retrieve a clean duvet from there. With covid and supposedly extra sanatising of rooms, I was not happy.We had also travelled 4 hours to get to the hotel and had to be at the airport by 4:30am.There were no details in the room on how to get to the airport On contacting a taxi company they wamted 80€ for 2 people to travel 2km 5 mins to the airport! Thankfully our daughter agreed to get up early and take us Considering it is a hotel for catching early flights or arriving late there could have been information on transfers, restaurants nearby etc. On the plus side the bed was comfy

It’s very basic and good value for money. Cleanliness is good except towels looked a bit grey. It’s in an ok area. 20 mins walk from terminal. Seem to be quite a few workers staying in the building. No noise at nigh and felt reasonably safe. Not sure about safety for single females etc.

Property is walking distance from the Zurich Airport (about 15 to 20 minutes) and is EXTREMELY CLEAN, even compared to more expensive motels. There is no desk manager and I had small problem entering the main door. The instructions do not clearly say that the code is also for opening of the building door, not just room door. BUT OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT.

Liked its proximity to the airport. The room was spartan, but clean. We strongly disliked the lack of anybody around to help those having difficulty finding their room and then getting into the room. Not suitable for people without cell phones as there are no phones in the rooms. No signs at all with phone numbers for taxi service or location of bus stops.

Look carefully for parking space ahead of the street

Late arrival no problems with cjheck-in as there is only a machine waiting :-)

No air conditioner!!!!! Worst thing to happen during summer is not to have a air conditioner in the room. But the room was clean and location was good.
