The room smelled moldy the tub was filthy the shower head had lots of build up on it. The shower curtain filthy the bathroom smelled like urine. Nats in the room.

I book this room for my fiancee and he walked in the room and walked right back out. I end up booking him at another hotel in less than 1 min of being in the room. This inn really need to be closed and cleaned from top to bottom. The room was totally unacceptable. It looked like it was a pump and hoe inn. You get what you pay for is right

I asked about coffee in the morning, the rude response was "in your room," there was no coffee in the room/The room smelled like it hadn't been properly cleaned since 1970

Not a fancy hotel, but comfortable and clean. My stay was for four nights and the lack of a coffee maker in the room or available at the front desk was my only real disappointment. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Much better than expected for the price. The other people staying at the hotel drank in the parking lot until midnight were up again at 5:00am, but it was clean and cheap. I would definitely stay here again.

The whole stay qas horrible. Worst service and motel i have stayed at yet to this day. Lobby guy completely hates his own life. He never spoke a word. Threw me my key card through the window that did not work by the way. Finally got a keycard that works get in the room and TV does not work at all. Switch rooms got my keycard threw at me again and still no words from lobby guy. Get to the second room and wow it was a nightmare. Only a sheet and a burnt up quit type of blanket on the bed with ONE pillow that was so floppy it was useless. We never could take a bath or shower cause there was honestly what looked like vomit dried up splattered all over the bathroom. I have stayed all over the states and tbis by far was the worst motel i have ever been in. Just shut it doen and start over. HORRIBLE

Front office male is very rude! The hotel also has rats, woke up next day and found rat droppings by sink area, very disgusting.

The commode did not function in the first room which also had a bad odor. My husband had to go to the office twice before the lady in the office agreed to give us another room. It was very difficult to communicate with her since she did not speak English well.

Door secondary lock missing.

We needed up getting there earlier than expected and the manager let us check in. I’m so thankful because I had my 9 month old son with me and couldn’t wait until the check in time after driving for hours! They’re so understanding!

As expected

The entrance door had a large crack in it that you able to see outside, the bath tub was not clean, we paid for one king bed and was giving a double bed.

No coffee pot in room. When we checked in lady at front desk acted like we were s burden to her. Wasn't given wifi password and nothing in room with it on it.

Checked in. People in parking lot made us nervous the way they just s stayed in parking lot and stared. Room was disgusting. Chair was stained and the floor within 3 minutes made my daughters feet black. We checked out immediately and went to hotel down the road.

Simple room but close to everything.

If you have the impression that motel/hotel staff all have the ability to think outside the box to solve a customer service problem, think again. I had such a problem regarding billing information. The front desk staff made absolutely no effort to research the information to even see if it was possible. The day before, the front desk staff told me that I could get the information tomorrow but the next day, the front desk staff refused to even put any effort into trying. If I had another choice, there is no way I would have stayed at this place. When I finally checked out, I found a nice loft apartment with a full kitchen and with an in-suite washer and dryer.
