The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are large and comfortable, however there were food crumbs on the comforter inside the sheet and black things in the shower. The breakfast was good. The parking was horrible-they share a parking lot with a large mall and you had to drive for 5-20 minutes to find a parking place and then walk a long way back to hotel. I asked for the simple plastic water cups provided at every hotel and was told they don’t have any-had to drink water out of paper coffee cups-yuck. In a two person room they provided one coffee pod so no in room coffee until you walked downstairs-coffee pod was horrible anyway. Sad-decent room and bed comfort and breakfast but the horrible parking, bad in room coffee, and no drink cups and some cleaninging issues-we will never go back.

We had a one night stay before our cruise. From the moment we arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. There are dining options very close, within walking distance and the breakfast is very good.

The location of this hotel is in a great location. While it is not in the big “tourist” areas, the shopping center it is a part of has a little bit of everything, making it easy to pick up any forgotten essentials or a bite to eat. It is a quick drive to a lot of the tourist destinations, which was easy for us because we had a rental car. The room itself was very large. Continental breakfast was good and a nice way to start the day before we went out. If you’re looking for a place to sleep, with the intention of spending most of your time outside of the hotel, this hotel is great.

Great friendly staff and amazing buffet breakfast. We loved exploring a new area of Hawaii we haven’t been before. Loads of food options in the mall attached.

Stayed here to get away from the craziness of Waikiki. It’s a nice central location with quick access to the H1 highway. Lots of great restaurants near. Even some that are very culinarily authentic. Which by first look at this new development would have you think it’s very cookie cutter commercial. Hotel was very nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Seems like all Hamptons have the same familiar set up in all their hotels. Pool looked nice but we didn’t go. Overpriced beer and other snacks/beverages were offered for purchase when your in a pinch at the end of the night. This hotel shares property with a large outdoor shopping area so naturally the parking lot was very full. Always seem to get a spot though. Staff was kind enough to keep our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. Which was great cause we had a late flight and we could spend a full day without leaving all our belongings in the rental car. I would stay again.

The staff was awesome upon entry. Our room was perfect. My husband and I needed a one night get away and this was a perfect stay. We live on the island and prefer not to be in Waikiki. So this was perfect.

Friendly, courteous service at check in and check out made for a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and convenient to food, shopping, and beaches. My room was on the parking lot side and there were times of traffic noise, a minor nuisance. Breakfast featured good variety and internet service was great.Great value for price. Will stay again when in the area.

It was good. a nice hotel with friendly service. Good location , be bale to go any where easily without heavy traffic, and most of all free parking and no resort fee. If your family are not a suntan beach goer. I fully suggest here.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. The included breakfast buffet was substantial with many different choices for whatever you like from waffles to eggs to oatmeal, cereal and pastries. At first we thought it was odd that it was in the edge of the mall, and we're concerned there might be a lot of noise, but it was very quiet. There is a 24 Hour fitness across the parking lot and many restaurants within the mall complex, even a grocery store with fresh poke. The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do - 20 minute drive to Pearl Harbor, without the traffic of central Honolulu. 15 minutes from many beach areas as well.

My bed frame was broken on one side and the mattresses were terrible.
For the price- I expected a bit of comfort.
I am a frequent traveler and i would not recommend staying here again due to the poor sleep.
I was also not informed there would be building maintenance on my floor that had blower fans constantly on and the chemical smell was very strong at times.

My son and I visited Hawaii together for the first time & decided to stay away from the hustle and bustle of tourists…we tried this part of Oahu for 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel is located within a shopping mall area across from a gym and a food mart (w/yummy choices of ahi nachos, mochi, and all sorts of local delights), so the parking is shared. No difficulty parking, but as there is no valet or service to help with bags, and I was obviously injured, my son had to handle all of our heavy luggage himself checking in and out.
We enjoyed the comforts of the room, the tiny fridge, microwave, and sink came in handy. Changing linens and towels or clean rooms is every other day, so we cannot tell if they would have done a good job with that. We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable for just the two of us. A bit small for a family of more than 3. The pullout bed had no instruction manual but we figured it out for ourselves. One odd thing about our room was that the curtains could not be closed in the middle to block out sun. It was noisy at night with music and patrons from a rest/bar next door as well as trucks or cars speed driving past or running their boom music loudly. So, we woke up a couple of times after 12.
The receptionists seemed kind but we overheard 2 of them make negative remarks about a guest & 1 was short w/ us when we made an inquiry. Maybe they’re having bad days?
Complimentary coffee/tea and the overall comfortable stay was good, so mahalo.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They welcomed us home each afternoon, which was a great touch. They were always smiling and were very accommodating when we needed things like scissors.
Jasmine was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat and she also had us consult one of the other staff who was a foodie - between the two of them, we had wonderful meals. The hotel's breakfast was perfect for us - it carried us over to an early dinner. Nothing fancy, I'll admit, but good variety of food. there was always parking spaces available. We so very much appreciated that there were no parking fees, no resort fees, and breakfast was free. There was a Foodland very close by and that became our go-to place for dinner - poke bar, salad bar, hot bar, sandwich station, sushi, and burrito station. the Foodland also had a restaurant - Mahi ai Table - with live music and a decent menu. Lots of dining options in the shopping center pretty much attached to the hotel.

Fantastic location with several great restaurants within walking distance. We have two teenagers and having the mall in the same parking lot was amazing! Highly recommend staying here!

Only a one night stay - but pleased with the property located in a mall area so all stores and restaurants are walkable. Enjoyed the Cheesecake factory last night.

The hotel is in a shopping area and had a really nice Foodland across the street. Free parking was a plus with easy in and out near some nice beaches. I really liked the location being out of downtown and still easy to get on any of the highways. It was clean and felt safe.

I can simply say everything was EXCELLENT. Clean, updated, comfortable, great breakfast, excellent staff and service. Can’t say enough. Beautiful location, close to many dinning options in the mall and around. The only great hotel with free parking. 10/10 star 😊😊😊

This hotel is the best choice when anyone visits Oahu! It is not far away from Waikiki beach and the parking is free! The breakfast is free and offers a variety of choices! It is located within a shopping center with plenty of other restaurants nearby and it is really safe! The supervisor Dee is beyond providing the best service! The front desk staff Jeezel is attentive, considerate and super helpful! The driving from Hampton Inn to Waikiki beach is less than 20 minutes! I highly recommend this hotel when you visit Oahu! Do visit and stay here! We were there five days and nights!

Customer service excellent, however there was no opportunity to recycle cans and bottles we purchased while visiting other island locations.
