I really enjoyed my stay here. I chose this location because it’s convenient and if you want to join tours, most will pick you up from this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice cafe right next door that I ended up going to every morning too.

The hotel itself is great! I love the way how they decorate the room.
Why this hotel worth your money:
+ Upscale
+ Good location - high recommend if you're going to watch fireworks, the bar/restaurant is on floor 11 which will give you a clear view to see the fireworks. Even inside the room, you can still see fireworks because of the place where they have fireworks performance is kind of in front of the hotel.
+ As they said, every type of their room all included bathtub
+ A free bowl of Pho - a special dish of Vietnam - in the night

Why this hotel worthless:
- Not all of the bellman of this hotel is not good but the one on his shift when we coming is not good at all, no open door for guests when we get in/out; not bring welcome drinks for us, not help us carry the luggage to the lobby.
- The receptionist is not well-prepared even we did call the hotel in advance in the morning and state that we will come at noon.
- The floor inside the room is not really clean, I have the feeling like it's kind of oil or something when my feet touching the floor inside the room.
- Only 1 lift/elevator
- Although the room looks nice/clean/new, it's like no one used the room for years. When I first use the water in the bathroom, the water has an orange/yellow color which means the water pipe is not used for long.
Everything else is good. Because they define themself as a luxury level so I think they should improve their services to be better.
In short, I still recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly and welcome us very well and politely. Front office staff Ms Hong and Front office manager Ms Phuong well prepare and assist to decorate the room for my anniversary with my girl friend. Strongly recommend this hotel to all the other travelers would like to travel in Da Nang city. Hotel is located in city center and near to the night market and Golden bridge. Thanks.

The place was nice. The location was o.k. Didn't expect to walk from the street to the hotel for about 100 meters since the street was too small for cars. The staffs were nice. Love their breakfast buffet.

The receptionist Lyly is very nice and provided good service. She spoke good English too. My special thanks to the Japanese Manager (Kaori san) who is very capable to handle special request. The hotel provide free shuttle bus service that really a merit! Overall the hotel is excellent!

The hotel was clean and minimalistic. It was a bit noisy and there was a lot of karokee-ing to be heard at night. The bathroom was amazing and the room was fine.

It's really awesome experience to have the good view in the bedroom. When you dine on top floor, it's full glass window view, which is even more romantic and relaxing.
The food spread is sufficient for me, though ovo lacto, I stretch a little while travel to make life easy. It's wonderful experience.

When you dine on top floor, it's full glass window view, which is even more romantic and relaxing. The food spread is sufficient for me, though ovo lacto, I stretch a little while travel to make life easy. It's wonderful experience. The lady at reception is professional and courteous.

Restaurant and Food - Fantastic panaromic views at 11th floor, food and drinks were good. They offer a decent buffet breakfast spread.
For our stay, we were also entitled to 1 free bowl of pho daily (anytime from 5pm - 10pm). Yum!
They also offer free onsen experience (inclusive of return shuttle) at Blossom Resort. The whole experience was great, until 5 minutes before our shuttle which should have dropped us back to the hotel cancelled on us. Later, we found out that they have used the shuttle to send other people to the airport instead. So that's a shame of over promising your guests.
Based on this and a few other privacy incidents, my advice is to be cautious about your stay.

What I did not know however was that for the latter two, the shuttle bus leaves at only one timing: 3.15 pm. Marble Mountain is only one way (from hotel to there), Hoi An has 2-ways (return timing is at 7.30 pm. We ended up not using the shuttle bus AT ALL because of the limited timings - but they’re great perks nonetheless, and I would recommend anyone to stay with them. A point of feedback, the hotel staff should make the limited timings clear. I had liaised with a couple of hotel staff prior to leaving to Da Nang via Expedia, and though they helped me make reservations for the buses, there was no mention at all that they only depart at 3.15 pm! If I had known, I would have RUSHED to the hotel to reach it by 3.15 pm (we reached the hotel at 3.20 pm only to find out that it had left).
The bathroom in our room was LOVELY. It might be my FAVOURITE bathroom. There’s a bathtub, and an adjacent shower, which makes it feel bigger (but the hot water can’t be shared between both the bathtub and shower I.e. if you’re using warm water to fill the tub, the shower won’t have warm water). The toilet bowl has the Japanese bidet seat cover, so it’s warm and toasty. The hotel provides quality shampoo, conditioner and soap. Hotel staff could give better recommendations though.

The hotel is quite good given that the neighbouring area is not really a well-developed area for tourism. The hotel is quite spacious with good hygiene. The hotel person in charge prepares breakfast for us. The downside is that there is not much to hang around in the neighbouring area.

ALL the hotel employees are very friendly, helpful and attentive! Never regret staying here. Love the shampoo/conditioner bar. Clean room. Breakfast varieties can improve though.

I stayed 3 nights for holiday use. Room was simple and nice clean, but no space to open luggage on the floor.
Bathroom is quite big that must be the same size with bedroom. Funny design.
However, I check-out and ask reception to keep my luggages. I came back late afternoon to pickup then police stopped my taxi 1km before and tell me to walk.
Police blocking the all streets around hotel for firework event that’s I can understand but all vehicles are no entry.
No choice, I walk back to hotel and request airport taxi but hotel doesn’t arrange any transportation even receptionist says, I have to walk again to the Main Street with carry on my suitcase and get the taxi myself...
I really complained when they said.
Luckily bellman take me and carry on my suitcase by motorbike to the main street and get taxi.
I think bellman also not supported if I’m not complained. Wish to improve their hospitality.

Ranging from beautiful quality Japanese shampoo and conditioner for you to sample to free pho every evening. The rooms were also very clean with good quality fittings, including an amazing toilet that’s really different. Well priced too. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly and nice staff. The food is food. Room is good. The bed is kinda not comfortable to sleep because it is combined from 2 twin beds and 2 twin blankets.
There are a lot of free services: free bicycle, free Japanese shampoo and conditioner, free buffet breakfast, free chicken Pho at night, free round trip shuttle bus to Hoi An, free shuttle bus to 1 place in Da Nang city everyday, 1 free hot spring bath ans sauna, free 30 minutes foot massage for the most expensive room (my room is Double Deluxe River View $100/night).
If they have a King or Queen bed and the food has less pork, more beef or chicken, it would be excellent hotel.

Hotel room was ok but the bathroom is quite spacious. We had issues with noises from the window on the first day but the staff were helpful and accomodate oue request to change rooms. In general, I find the services and perks (i.e. airport transfer, shuttle, onsen, etc) offered by the hotel a real value add.

What an amazing experience. So many free perks about staying here: free 2 hr bike rental, free spa bath at their resort, free 30 min foot massages throughout the day, free breakfast and pho for dinner, and a shampoo bar to sample from. Everyone was professional and accommodating. The room was clean and offered a lot of toiletries that made it very clear they want you to RELAX at their hotel. What a value this was. Would stay at this location again!
