Ok place. Needs better AC. Window unit and floor unit doesn’t keep it very cool at all.

Very friendly staff specifically maintenance guys but they are hands tight by owner wish doesn’t invest in properly remodeling rooms in really bad conditions for the high price they charge you, if you are planning to come here do not waste your money in building where is located rooms 107,108,109 one A/C unit for 3 rooms are the cheaper but the worst, my was 107 and I couldn’t sleep because the small bedroom was really hot, we had to use 2 fans and it wasn’t enough to cool down the room, they installed a portable A/C in the room and we woke up with the carpet soaking wet, bottom line a total disaster that building.

I stayed at the "Seaside" property of Anna Maria Island Inn. It was the most relaxed I've been in a long time. The property had an exclusive boutique feel, with perfect beachfront real estate and no large buildings or crowding in the area. Miles of beach with abundant wildlife are outside your door. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of some other beaches, there is still some peace on Anna Maria Island.
All of the staff at this hotel were some of the most friendly I have encountered, helpful with anything we asked them about, and had a very pleasant demeanor.
The island has free transportation to the restaurants/attractions, or there are some eateries just a short walk away.
When you want to enjoy the coast without a pile of people around you, visit Seaside at Anna Maria Island Inn.

Immediately upon check in, a neighboring guest had his large dog in the pool. I reported it to the staff, they agreed it wasn’t allowed and they would discuss with him. It continued to happen. Also, I didn’t like the roach that appeared out of the closet, I smashed it with a broom but the overall feeling was there must be more around although other aspects of the room seemed clean. The private sitting area outside was very neglected and depressing.

This place has an amazing location. Beautiful beach. The only issue with us was, that we were sent the wrong address to the room. We checked in late and were walking around the building searching for the room number. Had to call the emergency number, they were helpful and explained. The second issue was that at 3:30 am while sleeping, the bed broke in half. My husband and I ended up with our feet to the ceiling and our head on the floor. Again, called front desk and early in the morning, the bed frame was rebuilt. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would probably go back bc of location.

This facility was very nice to stay. We went for the family vacation and spent a great time there. The pool is very convenient and the beach access is very close. I wish they were more specific with details regarding the key access cause there is no lobby or front desk. They send you a text message with the code at 4:00pm. Check out is at noon, it would be nice if they give more time to enjoy the last day.

Once I figured out that there are different areas and addresses for the Inn everything was great. More info and details ahead of time would have been better for my situation but overall I was very pleased and will stay here again.

Location location location. Property was fine amd clean with a nice small pool to use and the pin code to check in is a plus too. This is because you dont need to queue ro check in. But the real reason its great is that its 1 minute walk to the beach which is the ultimate reason for staying here.

I loved it! Just a suggestion: Parking spaces should be identified with room numbers. It will avoid conflicts with guests not finding their spot to park.

Very good stay. We had a room upgrade upon arrival. Exterior shower to wash sand and it seems pool had heater. Will be back definitely

The room was adequate, closeness to beach was nice. The pool was a good size and worked well with the kids. No outdoor shower or hose which would have made keeping sand out of the room much easier. We never had complete housekeeping even though we asked, Internet/Tv only worked sporatically. Refrigerators good sink and microwave adequate. Pull out sofa not funcational to sleep on, too uncomortable worked well for one when put back together. The king sized bed was good. Bathroom functional. Needed more towel rods and hooks.

The room had said stove top but there was not one. The sleeper sofa was broken, so we slept at an angle. Nice mini fridge for storage and used the grill to cook our fish. Had a great time. Perfect weather. The room was clean and just steps from the pool. Loved that our four footed best friend was welcome. The staff on site was gracious, friendly, and accommodating. The pool was clean and warm. Although not on the beach just a short walk and we were there.

The staff was so friendly and always available. The beachfront sea breeze unit was clean, comfortable, updated, and the perfect “beachy” feel. They also went above and beyond and made sure the surprise flowers I ordered were in our unit prior to arrival. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

Multiple properties xheckin confusing. Customer service dudnt want to talk to us, just said sent you a text and check your email. Did not clean room, and make bed. Little refrig and micro. One room. Look out to patio that was looked at by other rooms. A little odd

Its a simple basic room which is pretty much comparable to most of the rooms I have stayed at other properties on Anna Maria Island. Clean and has what you need. Is it luxury? No, but its a good value for the price. Bed was good, room was spacious. Like I said, it was about exactly like other rooms I have stayed in on AMI. would stay here again.

I have absolutely nothing negative to even say about my unfortunate short stay at this beautiful little place other than I wish I would’ve found it earlier and stayed longer! I wanted something directly on the beach and I got much more. The place is perfect, comfy, and great for a small family. I loved how you open the sliding door and you are literally on the white soft sand. The office staff was so helpful and accommodating and helped me check in as I was a bit confused. The kitchen is fully stocked and as are all amenities. Parking is easy and there’s plenty of food spots that deliver and offer dine in. Had a great evening picnic steps away from the water. Will definitely be back.
