The stay was ok and till the time we were checking out. At the time of check out the front office person told us that the Duvet cover has some oil stains and as per company policy the Duvet needs to be discarded and we will have to pay for the new Duvet cover. This is the first time such a stupid comment and allegation has come across to me. I was literally embarassed by this behaviour of the staff. We did not had any food in the room or on the bed , however he had the audacity to show is pics of the oil marks on his computer screen. Of course we did not pay , however my entire experience was spoilt by this person, who is incapable of handling guest issues . Wrong person at the wrong place.

There are lot of improvement that can come , quality of towels very poor, more training session need to be imparted to the housekeeping to keep an eye as to what is needed , they should definitely look into the mosquitos in the lobby. Front Desk Staff is good and eager to help you. Breakfast spread was good and staff very humble.

More corporate than family. Staffs are less cordial and a bit of more un-professional. Mostly trainee. Night manager Faraz however was helpful.

The rooms were clean and tidy but the lighting felt too dark. Made the room feel cold. Decor is old. Sofa bed is awful not suitable to sleep on at all and definitely not big enough for 2 people. They wouldn’t give us 2 key cards which made it tricky when you have 4 people in a room sharing one keycard.
Friendly staff and but concierge never brought up our luggage so we went and collected it ourselves.

Nice place, comfy beds but sounded like construction going on nearby. My ac made a huge amount of noise. I had a facial at the spa, which I enjoyed but they were over 40 minutes late for the appointment. The staff is very nice and helpful, the outside street isn't too bad, lots of hawkers, dukduks, scooters and motorcycles that follow no road rules whatsoever. Be careful crossing the street. The roof bar and pool are lovely, the fitness center decent but go early as it heats up in the afternoon.

Though said to be a 5 star hotel but doesn’t look like. It is at the most 4 star or upgraded 3 star

The hitel service was not up to the mark of a 5 star hotel, hotel seemed very dull. They didn’t have regular beer stock, they couldn’t even organise car for trip. No one to pick luggage , no service. Found young trainees runnning around without any idea. Had great expectation but Sad stay. Still awaiting bill on my email.

Nice hotel , but Expedia vip wasn’t recognized . I picked this because of the Expedia recommendation. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel .

I dont know who rate this as 5-star. The facilities, rooms, mattresses, space etc. are suitable for 3.5 star. The bathroom doors doesnt closed,we have to ask engineer to repair. The main dishes in the buffet dinner and breakfast was prepared with so much oil that we were sacred to even try them. You can see the big amount of oil floating on top of the main dishes. we managed our food with snacks and sweets only which were good.
Sofabed was so shabby that i prefer to put the extra mattress on the floor instead. Even the mattress looks like 20 years old with no comfort and you can even feel the springs. Swimming pool was closed but could have been atleast clean. The overall hotel property is small, nothing like 5- star.
I would not go to this hotel again.

Rooms and restroom was not cleaned properly. Hand Towels were not there. Overall experience was not very good, during covid time you would expect to see clean rooms and bathroom but Novotel, Lucknow dont provide that. Breakfast buffet was very good but room was crowded. I will avoid to stay here next time specially during Covid.
