We've stayed at this hotel numerous times because of its convenient location. Two issues concern us: 1. maintenance issues on various visits, e.g. phone not working; bedside lamp missing bulb; microwave not working; dishwasher not working. 2. Pet fee does not distinguish between small and large dogs, e.g. nightly fee of $25 is same for a 15 lb. dog as it is for a 150 lb. dog. On a positive note, the staff is friendly and professional.

This hotel has it all . The suites come complete with everything you need for your stay away from home . Everyone is friendly and willing to help.

It was nice to have a kitchen in the room along with utensils and plates. They also provided items to wash your own dishes. Everything was better than expected for our stay!

Front desk staff very friendly! No problems with other than very rude, loud and unruly neighboring guests late into the night. Hotel staff and accommodations were fine!

Mattress was like a bunch of lumpy pillows. Uneven and way too soft to be even remotely comfortable. Previous room at this property has a decent bed so not sure what the deal was with this one.

I did not like that you are paying for a hotel that has outdoor swimming pool and swimming pool was not functioning the water was ugly, you would think they suppost to put that in the advertisement that the pool is not working.

Perfect midpoint between Austin and San Marcos area for spending time on the river and downtown Austin

Spotlessly clean in room and lobby, in-room kitchen fridge etc… only comment is buy a couple more baggage carts. Keep doing what you are doing.

This was the best stay I have ever had, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Got to the hotel and they cancel my reservation and tried to put me in a room with one bed when i had book double beds and i didnt find out till i was at the hotel had to find a hotel in the middle of the night

We arrived late at night after a wedding. There was nobody at the front desk and we had to wait several minutes for the employee to return, to check in. The room itself was clean, although there was no soap in the bathroom other than the shower gel in the tub/shower. Shortly after we got in bed there was a lot of noise in the hallway. Apparently the group of individuals who were hanging out in the parking lot when we arrived, moved their party to our floor. They were shouting, cussing and banging doors. Finally at 3:30am after a call to the front desk, they finally returned to their rooms. When we checked out, the front desk employee apologized & said the GM was fed up and they were being kicked out tomorrow. Why give them another day?

I liked how it’s located around so many shopping centers & it’s cleanliness.

I bought and paid for my sister's hotel room in full. She doesn't have a credit card. They wouldn't let her in because she didn't have a credit card to pay for the surprise charge of a refundable extra $25 charge for incidentals. She tried to give them $25 in cash but they refused it. I tried to pay for it over the phone with my credit card and they said it would have to be paid with a credit card in person. I had to excuse myself from our wedding and go to pay the $25. It took me 1 hour to go to, pay for, and get back to my wedding guests. I'd never go to this hotel again.

The rooms are large and clean. The staff was pleasant. I enjoyed my stay

My check in was not until 3pm but I had just had surgery and was released much earlier than expected. The kind ladies at the front desk had a room ready for us within 20 minutes at about 9:30am. Would not have known what to do if we had to wait until 3pm. Thank you ladies!

Was supposed to have a king. Didn’t even informe me at the desk they where out until I saw the print out. The said they where out of kings when I told them I booked a king. First room smelled like cigarettes. 2nd room smelled also. Had to buy fabreeze just to sand staying in their. Front desk pretty much said that’s what you get for booking through 3rd party We had hair and trash still in the room. The never cleaned the room while we where there. Silverware was not washed and nasty Bed was horrible Pillows where flat with hardly any stuffing

Everything thing was fantastic and very clean... Front desk girls were fabulous. Bed was very comfortable.
