If you see robotic and identical replies to reviews and low level social media posts, it is done by the new untrained Nepali guy. It had become clear to me, he learned to copy several Japanese words and he makes some feminine sounds when guests arrive to check in or to enjoy their breakfast. During several incidents, his communication and business understanding is not up par by Japanese standards. His behavior neutralized all the other stars for a review.

It is the perfect location. Glad to see the staff I interacted were very kind and professional. Due to jetlag, I could not see what kind of breakfast items they may have but they have great drink choices that can enjoyed at all times. The rooms can be a little too cold since it is centrally managed. But, otherwise everything is great.

Young lady at checkin was good. Understood what we wanted with our stay at hostel. Also very patient.

The place is with good location, the bed is super comfy and everywhere is clean， drinks are available before 2 am. But you can hear noise from corridor and street easily and there are only two choices of bread with jam or butter every morning.

Very conveniently located at Kokusai Street. No non-sense simple straight forward hotel for those looking for good price to value. Simple breakfast is provided. Definitely recommend to those who travel on a tight budget. I have a room with lower bunk bed all to myself. I thought it was better than capsule hotel as it is even cheaper than some capsule hotel. Only complaint is about the noise made by your neighbours when they get in and out of their rooms. I thought it can be improve by adding some cushion to the door frame to avoid the door hitting the frame directly. Some guests are less considerate than the others and kept getting in and out of their room in the middle of the night which really annoyed me...
