Very nice hotel. Excellent location and the staff was really pleasant and good. The kind way we were treated shows the best of Georgian hospitality. Definitely the choice when visiting Tbilisi again.

Terrible reception. Low standard breakfast (many items, not tasty, cold pastries). In the corridors of the hotel there is a strong smell of cigarettes.

Front staff was excellent. There was a very rude head of restaurant. Absolutely obnoxious and rude. He wouldn’t let us sit in the empty restaurant and work and was showing attitude. We didn’t complain to the front desk. The location of the restaurant is great and overall stay was comfortable

Best place in Tbilisi

Ok Hotel, excellent location , Stern Casino guards, not good value for money. Breakfast, nice selection, should have freshly squeezed juice, Made to order eggs pretty bad . Shame about the fake flowers everywhere instead of real flower arrangement as expected from a 5 star hotel with these rates.

Excellent hotel, close to everything

I got quite a large room, but the view was just to a building which was 7m away. I cannot recommend this hotel. Staff was not helpful.

Very nice location and hotel and the restaurants had really good food. The only thing we didn't like is that our room didn't have a proper window (only a small one to the hallway) as it was located in the old part of the hotel. We took the standard room.

The Hotel is beautiful. It’s probably the nicest hotel in Tbilisi. The locations is good and the restaurants are great. The only issue I had was housekeeping would clean the room even when I leave the DND sign on.

Horrible customer service! I do not recommend - you can find nicer options and better prices, with great customer service anywhere else in the city.

The Hotel is located in a very good area, city center of tbilisi, very clean and chich hotel, the only thing was that the staff were very cold, not welcoming.

I had very high hopes for my two stays at the Ambassadori Hotel, but unfortunately, I was severely let down. The hotel lobby is quite pretty, but you will have to deal with tons of people walking in for the casino, and lots of these people are the types that think they are better than others because they have a lot of money. You constantly feel that they are staring at you and talking about you as a tourist. The front desk staff were friendly and clearly wanted to be helpful. However, they simply could not make up for a room that was not up to snuff. The biggest issue is the fact that the temperature in the room cannot be controlled from the room. As a result, my room was bordering on 80 degrees Fahrenheit for the duration of my stay. The hotel said there was nothing they could do, because if they cooled down my room, others may complain that their room is too cold. The inability to control the temperature in a room at an alleged 5-star hotel is inexplicable. I was literally made sick by the terribly high temperatures in my room. I could not even open the window to cool things down, as it was so loud outside due to the casino patrons, and in addition, when I opened the window, lots of mosquitoes would fly into my room, presenting another danger. Further, the temperature outside was not too much cooler, such that leaving the window open would have been to no avail anyway. Room was dysfunctional - heated floors didn't work, closet bolted shut. Expedia has capped my review.

Luxury hotel in a quiet area, close to old Tbilisi, peace bridge and sights, walk less than 15 minutes.

i got a room with problem in the heat condition. always temp on 30. even when it is off. i told them about that and they let me wait like that for 1 hour. after i said i dont want to stay in that room they gave me another room. small bed and all things in room small and cheaper. it is 5 star hotel but room that is maby 2 star.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. El personal es amable. El desayuno está bien con opciones para todos. El wifi funcionó muy bien. El área de gym es muy pequeña, no hay ni pesas, no creo que lo deberían publicitar. Por otro lado el área de la piscina está muy bien. Lo único que no me gustó fue que la temperatura de la habitación no se podía regular. Toda la estancia lo reporté pero no pudieron solucionarlo. Lo pero fue la falta de respuesta de Hotels.com al respecto.

I had problems with the A/C. The room was too warm. They sent a technician to the room every day but they could not fix the problem. I could not sleep well due to room temperature. I paid for a better room @ hotels.com and I was given a room with an interior view as the one facing the street was too noisy. So do not bother paying more for a better or bigger room. The hotel is well located, everything looks clean and breakfast is good.
