Amazing no complaints, cottage was spacious and so comfortable

Gardener's Cottage was Super Cute 😍 Breakfast was good. Very quaint. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Susan was very helpful.

The Winslow Cottage was comfortable and cozy. Comfortable coach to relax on, a comfortable bed with great linens. Beautiful old furniture. A reasonable price. And it is located in a really cool part of LIttle Rock, South of Main. Good restaurants and ice cream within walking distance. And close to the airport and highways for travel. As good a property as I could think of.

Unit was very comfortable. There were two nail heads sticking up on stair railing that needs to be addressed. I cut my finger on one of them. I would suggest installing grab bars in the tub/shower. Tub is very deep and at 70 years of age it was a challenge getting out.

Unique property with Art Deco furnishings. Near the center of Little Rock. A welcome change to the servicable, but common, chain hotel properties in the center of town. Quite enjoyable

The May's cottage is in an old building that appears to have moisture and ventilation issues. There was a blue tarp on the roof. The bathroom smelled of mildew-the wallpaper was peeling. There were also soft spots in the floor leading into the bathroom and in the kitchen which has old fashioned vinyl/linoleum flooring installed. The loveseat are the end of the bed is a very hard wicker with collapse shell of a cushion-very uncomfortable. There was no toaster in the unit which would have been helpful with toasting our bagels which was the included breakfast. I'd advise not ordering the yogurt parfaits because they assemble them and leave them in the unit for you before check-in which lets the granola get soggy and gross. Also, they only include breakfast for 1 day. This is not worth the extra money i spent on this cottage. Next time, i'll stay at a nice hotel in a suite.

The stay was absolutely excellent. The cottage was clean and very well kept. We went with the waffles for breakfast, which proved to be more than enough. Coffee provided by the cottage came in many flavors. There is plenty of room and the outside is gorgeous. Would definitely recommend for a great get away!

Very pleasant stay, enjoyed the backyard patio on a sunny afternoon. Old but well kept, secure. Easy walking distance to sights I wanted to see. Would highly recommend.

Lovely place. We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was very responsive. Breakfast was a delicious surprise. Much nicer than we expected. My only suggestions would be to add some fruit to the breakfast and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen.

My daughter and I stayed just 1 night and wished we had time to stay longer. We rented the tree top cabin. It was so cozy and more space then we really needed but we enjoyed it anyway. And the jetted bath was a nice treat after a long day.

Loved the historic location and the decor. The breakfast was excellent. The towel bars in the bathroom need to be tightened, otherwise it was perfect!

Cute cottage! We were on a road trip and staying in different hotels each night. Rosemont was a big relief from that. It’s was nice to have our own home to stay in for a bit. It was clean, well kept, and the communication with our host was great. I definitely recommend the stay.

Old but comfy cottage. Not separate from the main house so much noise from other guest walking above us with growling dogs. The back parking lot a very small but you can’t tell if a parking spot is available until you’re stuck play number cars trying to get out. Breakfast was good but you must cook it yourself. I would stay here again.

Check in was seamless. The inteior was very clean and well kept. I would not hesitate to recommend Rosemont B&B Cottages. We stayed in the St Clair TreeTop Cottage. It is a B&B but we had our own entrance up a tall staircase to the top floor at the back of the home. Breakfast was left in our refrigerator. I would add it was a no contact experience so very covid aware. We felt all precautions had been taken for the safety of their guests.

This place is so luxurious! We loved it! The ONLY negative(which was not owner's fault) was the barking dogs next door which put a big damper on our anticipated nap. We skipped the nap and walked the neighborhood instead. Every street for blocks has gorgeous historic homes, unbelievable Mt. Holly cemetery(don't miss walking through this)and The Governor's Mansion. This is a unique, interesting area of the country. We loved every single second!! Thank you to the owners for making this lodging possible! ONE OF A KIND!!!

Very nice older home in quiet area. Big, comfortable bed, kitchenette, living room with TV, all tastefully decorated. The Rosemont is a great place to stay.

We had a slight problem with the door code but was able to get that resolved quickly. Very quaint setting. Parking is pretty tight

Was a great stay, super cute, easy to find and check in, my only complaint is figuring out I was cooking my own breakfast. My daughter not a fan of coffee as a tween and thats all that was offered.
