Location is good, lots of activities around. Hotel a bit run down though, for example, the bin in my bathroom is a bit rusty. Overall, it’s value for money.

Rooms were spacious, beds are comfy and view was incredible. We enjoyed our stay here, roof top pool offers incredible views of the city and a nice happy hour. Nice gym as well. Definitively a great property, worth the price.

Stay was very pleasant. The staff are wonderful and try to accommodate you as best as possible. Be conscious that the twin room doesn’t have a free standing shower.

Good area, great staff. I wouldn't call it 4 stars by western standards but it was really good. Expect to pay 4 star prices on the premise but lots to offer if you venture a few blocks inland.

The room and the area was beautiful. The hotel is located directly across from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had great options. The only oddity was the shower in the room was a bathtub with a hand held shower attachment. Looked pretty fancy and it worked for a shower, but not what I am used to. The gym was marginal, but it had a couple cardio machines, small dumbbells and some level of universal machine.

My sister and I stayed for one night before leaving for our next destination. The hotel has great service and the receptionist were very helpful with booking transport to our next destination. We had a great stay despite being there only one night.

The hallway was super hot. Many people had very limited English. The pool is small and dirty.

Like the location is just opposite the beach and have a nice view. The TV broke down twice during our stay, and the hotel staff get it up very fast.

They do not allow ironing in the rooms due to previous fire. They offer ironing services through housekeeping for extra charge.

Hotel was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful couldn't fault them. Our room was fantastic with balcony view. Breakfast was great. Shower was in the bath and water everywhere and hard for older person to climb in and out I actually slipped on the wet floor. No irons in the room. Only thing wrong was the music so loud from the beach but you get use to it

Able to see the toilet due to not block view from room and the night life music is too noise.The T-market only selling overseas products.

Property was absolutely beautiful. Had an ocean front room and it was nice to wake up to a sun rise everyday. Breakfast was good but would like a variety on some other days. Had the same stuff every day. Other than that, had a great stay!

My lady and I stayed at Mandila for seven days. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was cozy, neat and clean. Room service was excellent. All staff were polite and professional. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Fruits and vegetables were fresh. Plenty of pastries. Food was good. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice with a beautiful view of the beach. One setback was the gym. It was small…maybe for three or four people at a time…and hot. And no cups or towels. You will definitely sweat from the humidity, heat and your workout. Another setback occurred when I ordered a dish which the advertisement clearly showed included cashews. I didn’t see any cashews in my meal and when I brought my observation to the attention of my waitress, she said they were in my meal but were hard to see. I didn’t see any nor did I taste cashews when I consumed my meal. I know some folks would have thrown a nutty, but I maintained my cool composure. A third setback was the positioning of the safe in our room. It was positioned inside our closet, which is standard, but it was practically at floor level. I had to literally lie on the floor to read the safe instructions. It was an inconvenience and a challenge as it would be for any senior citizen (like me) or anyone who is physically challenged. Although not happy with the setbacks, my lady and I would consider staying at Mandila again.

I only stayed for one night on my way to Hoi An. The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. With hotels.com, i got great value for the money. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.
