Great hotel. We loved the amenities and the conveniences.

I tripped and fell. 0n a rainy day, carrying several items, I did not notice a paver that was several inches higher than the others, tripped and subsequently fell. Though the hotel staff were concerned and offered help after this, I must say that the injuries and treatment I needed as a result, ruined my visit.

This lodging does not focus on customer service. Desk help has no assistance power for the guest. Desk help is very unclear of times and shifts for Manger or Asst Manager. Staying during a holiday impacted the situation more. Manager is hard to reach, does not respond to left messages. The cleaning crew seems pleasant and hard working. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean. The room was not deep cleaned since we did find trash behind end tables and the bed was uncomfortable.

Homewood Suites is the best place to stay at for our family of 6! There was plenty of space. We love how spacious our room was and not only that but we had free breakfast. The breakfast food taste really good. We are planning at staying in another Homewood Suites for our next trip soon.

Front people was always helping out. I had to check in really late at night and they still managed to accommodate us. I asked for a non smoking area to which they said smoking was not allowed. When I went up to the room on the 3rd floor; the smell of cigarette was really strong and I called front desk to report as I had my two kids with me. Front desk offered another room in a different floor in which we had an amazing time. Besides the cigarette smell in the first room; I can tell you that this place is a MUST when you have kids and specially new borns. Everything is easier with a small kitchen in your room!!!!!

This hotel is in the middle of a quiet residential neighborhood. It is very clean, expansive, quiet and nicely designed. The staff is quite friendly enough once you check in but, a bit snarly on the phone before check-in. The suite I stayed in did not have any clean kitchen utensils. The utensils are rather limited and were all stacked in the dishwasher, the glass cups had rinse spots on them, the single cooking pot had crusts in it. I had to do a hot rinse, wash and hot dry cycle before I could use the utensils. The bedroom did not have a folding suitcase stand so, it was either the bed or the floor for placing the suitcase. A couple of the bathroom towels and wash clothes were frayed. The bed sheet and covers showed signs of age and, surprisingly one was actually torn/ripped in one corner. The word that came to mind was shambles. Having stayed at a Hyatt House previously, I could not help but compare the facilities because they are both of very similar design and layout. I give the Hyatt House a 9/10, especially with linens and the kitchenette provisions while giving the Homewood Suites a generous 8/10. Free breakfast is provided but limited in selection. Parking spaces are sufficient and incurs a $7.00 daily charge. Check-out was hassle free, you can request/get a receipt at the front desk. All in all, a 4 out of 5 stars experience. Would consider staying there again.

This is far by the best experience I've had staying anywhere. I honestly can't complain about a single thing. I really enjoyed staying here. This is my new go to place for this area. As a matter of fact it makes me want to check out the other hotels from this brand.

I liked the workout room. The treadmills that had a shelf for a book was perfect. It was very nice to have a soup and salad bar on Wednesday night. A couple suggestions: Offer a change from the egg omelet daily and be sure the day housekeeping is to come, they come.

Excellent hotel! Perfect for extended visit. The room was well appointed and very clean.

I was not happy that there was a $7 a day parking fee.

Clean attentive staff no issues

Stayed for one night and was very pleased with friendly helpful staff, cleanliness, amenities, and the location/ property. I like that it was tucked back in a neighborhood/ business park and it felt like a safe area. Other than being near the freeway and minimal freeway noise, everything was nice & easy.

This is a very nice, clean, like-new hotel located in a residential neighborhood. The room was spacious and well-furnished with a full kitchen. However, the bed was so hard, it felt like I was sleeping on the floor. So I can only give 3 stars and I won’t return.

The room was too cold, and breakfast was cold and unappetizing. My husband settled for cold cereal and a mushy apple. The property is very pretty, but needs a bit more attention to detail.

Amazing experience, will definitely book again! My only negative would be that the staff were a little rude at the counter upon check in - but it seems they were learning an entirely new system so makes sense.

The hotel was very clean. However the bed was uncomfortably hard and the cushions in the in-room sofa were pretty much worn out. Also, the quality of the food at breakfast was pretty cheap.
