Room was next to kitchen and laundry area.at 6AM very noisy could not fall sleep.

this is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in, the furnishings were clean and modern but yet simple. The food in the morning was decent and the location was easy to access Duluth. and the staff was great, service was perfect

Extremely clean. Decent breakfast. Free water. Clean bathroom with great lighting. Air/heat worked. Pet friendly. However, located in a dumpy area.

Too much construction and limited parking. Roomed smelled a bit, made coffee to make it better. Shower was out of conditioner.

Clean property with friendly staff. Pool, snacks, and breakfast were all easily accessible. Staff helpful and not obtrusive- I slept late and renewed my room and only had one knock on the door. Beautiful tree outside my window; accessible parking.

The property was pretty clean, pool area looked well kept. Our room was clean, beds were comfy and we enjoyed the breakfast options. If we visit Duluth again, we wouldn't mind staying at Hampton Inn again.

To be clear, this hotel is PERPENDICULAR to the lake, not directly facing it, so only a select few rooms can even see a portion of the lake. In order to access the hotel you have to drive through a construction site, which gives a dumpy impression. Our room was ok, worth noting that there were no drawers in the dresser, only wire baskets so i couldn't really use them for socks or smaller items. The toilet was so incredibly loud. It had the same force as an airplane toilet. If either of us used the bathroom overnight it woke the other up. It was absurd. Additionally, we stayed over the weekend- all 3 nights. Housekeeping does not service occupied rooms on the weekend and they inform you of this at check in. We were still charged a fee of almost $30/day. This was NOT disclosed to us and i can't understand what fees we incurred by not receiving any services. This made our hotel much more expensive and we got nothing extra out of it. You might as well spend at least an extra $20 a night and go somewhere else. This hotel is not at all worth it.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. I had difficulties getting into the parking lot. There's no entrance from 2nd Ave.

It was not too bad except the loud people til 1am! This felt like a bar atmosphere!!! Don’t think I will stay again

Not so good.... no soap in shower gel dispenser, sheets were not changed, same were wrinkled and had hair on one of rhe two bedsheets....

Property was great. However, entrance to property is poorly located. Construction in front of hotel and no direct entrance available to enter from main road. Hotel did not have body wash/soap. Had to go buy my own for the 3 day stay. No complimentary water.

Construction in the area made getting to the property very difficult. Staff was wonderful and we were treated well. Had to wait for our room even if we arrived after the check-in time of 3 pm.

Pet friendly, good location

While there was construction going on next door, it didn't hanper the experince. There was a great park just down the road by the water that the kids really enjoyed! It was a great stay!!
