Thank you so much for everything! Top 3 hotels we ever stayed at! Where to begin? Transfer service was perfect, really appreciated the boathouse prior the boat ride. The rooms where modern and clean, all amenities where provided. Ordered room service a few times and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The pool area and 'private' beach is absolutely amazing. Service with towels, water, drinks, food etc was perfect. Beautiful beach which was very clean, really appreciate that! Kid's area was perfect if you have kids like us and need to get away during mid day to get a pause from the sun. Big thanks to the girls working there. Food and service at the restaurants really exceeded our expectations. Especially the breakfast and dinner buffets, for European's like us it was exciting to the chance to taste so many Asian specialties.

I spent 9 nights at Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay. In a nutshell, I had the time of my life. Overall facilities are in good state - it might have helped the fact that the hotel was inaugurated right before the 6-month island-wide renovation work, as well as the pandemic. The contemporary glam decor is exquisite, combined with large and elegant common areas. The walls and corridors are elegantly decorated with interesting pieces of artwork. There’s even an art gallery and art room. The 3 infinity pools are large and nicely warm, providing a soothing alternative to the intimate private beach with crystal clear waters secluded by two natural cliffs at either side of the property. The quality of the food is also quite nice, with two restaurants (Azure and The Mosaic), catering for different types of audiences. The Azure has a more relaxed lounge-bar vibe, whereas The Mosaic delivers a refined sit down a la carte and dining experience, with a good choice between Latino and Asian cuisine. Last but not least, what really makes the difference at Crimson, is the warmth of the staff, who make you feel like at home. Throughout my whole stay I felt safe and at ease, surrounded by smiley faces and warm-hearted crew. A special mention goes to Mariel, who has arranged for my fantastic activities for me, and Francine who has provided top notice customer service, looking after me every step of the way. All in all, I can’t praise enough Crimson Resort.

The service was top notch. Facilities was excellent. Shuttle service and room service were excellent and efficient. Staff were very courteous and respectful. Food was ok. After dining at Mosaic, 2 guests in our party of 5 had diarrhea the morning after. One guest had severe vomiting and watery diarrhea requiring medical attention for severe dehydration. The other guest had loose stools until checkout. The daily breakfast buffet at the Saffron was good. Excellent choices. We look forward to come back and will avoid dining at the Mosaic.

The Crimson has made our family vacation an unforgettable and memorable experience. The property stands around and overlooks one of the most beautiful private beaches in the area. The rooms and pools are clean, modern, and spacious. At arrival, the complimentary beach hat, bag, and wine were a nice touch. The property was also walkable which made our daily movement much easier as we had three children with us. The breakfast buffet had great selections of healthy and traditional dish options. We also booked and enjoyed various activities arranged by the activitiy coordinator which went seamlessly. The massage at the resort spa was one of the best my partner and I ever had. I highly recommend trying the Hilot massage there. With that said, the part that was outstanding was the warmth and the attentiveness of the kind staff! They truly exemplified professionalism and quality service. Special shout out to Ram for a great start to our family's stay at Crimson and Jona for her kindness to our children during breakfast. If you are looking for quality stay and service in Boracay, I highly recommend the Crimson Resort and Spa!

There was no warm water and we were told to wait because it was fixed but there was no warm water till midnight so we could not take a shower. The hair dryer was not working. On our 3rd night, at 11:30 while we were sleeping, the fan turn on and woke us up. Very frustrating!

Staffs are friendly, customer service is excellent. VIP access/ room upgrade is great! Highly recommended!

Great place to stay , high end

If your looking for a place where you feel welcomed and taken care of, this is the pace for you. The attention to detail, the staff, the food, the effortless check in and check out service was all exceptional. You cannot beat the staff and service at the Crimson Hotel. They made my Boracay vacation one to remember. Eleven stars out of ten.

Of all the hotels that I have stayed. I think this is the first time I will write a review because aside from how beautiful the property is, the service that they give you is what stands out. They give it to you even if you don’t ask and even if you have not thought about it yet. They try to always make you feel that they want your stay to be special. That is why I will go back to this property when I go back to Boracay and also recommend it to others as well

Perfect resort for families, very safe for kids and lots of activities to do. Staff are so friendly and very polite. We will definitely come back, we had a wonderful time to the extent that we added extra night. Thanks Crimson

Loved absolutely everything about the Crimson Boracay.

This resturant was just unbelievable. I stayed here last year in may (late review i know) and i cannot say anything but kind and positive words about my experience here. The most obvious highlights for me was the private beach if you prefer a more secluded and peaceful vybe at the beach. towels, water were always provided (that time of the year was very very hot) cocktails and food from breakfast to lunch and dinner was always delicious. the hotel rooms were cleaned daily if requested and was always done to the highest standard. the gym was small but enough to get a decent work out (if you are into fitness) the design of the hotel was just amazing to walk around in the evening. great chilled music for the hotel pools and not loud making it like a party resort. daily and well timed bus services to take you onto towel to the white beach and markets etc and regular services from a set location to take you home. But most most most importantly the people putting this together are the staff . all were amazing but we did more social interactions with a certain few. Ray the happy smiley friend face in the morning was always a great conversation and he always made the effort in recommending to us places and and bringing us food to try. BeeJay the young girl at the bar who was always serving great cocktails and a happy face Angelo and Gelo from the restaurant and the beach guard respectively. experience was so amazing we are returning in may 2024 Thank you again to all

From arrival until departure, service from all the staff was excellent and second to none. We all felt very looked after. The rooms and all other amenities and facilities were excellent. We booked 2 seaview suites and the view was fantastic and the size of the room was very generous. Breakfast was a feast on its own with a wide array of food options from local cuisine to asian and continental. The resort has 3 infinity type swimming pools and its own private beach which is a nice getaway from the usually crowded public beach in Stations 1 to 3. My only minor criticism was that for 2 days, a section of the beach was used for weddings, which I am sure attracted interests and provided talking points from a lot of people watchers from the guests, but I would still have preferred not to share the beach for those type of events or occasions. Overall we had an enjoyable and relaxing stay and I would highly recommend Crimson for those who want to have a fantastic 5 star holiday.

Enjoyed our stay

We were supposed to come to boracay and stay here back in Jan 2020 to attend a wedding, but due to Covid, it was postponed to May 2020, and eventually got cancelled as the situation didn't improve. We were thankful with the staff for accommodating with the postponement and cancellation with refund. So we definitely thought of coming here once we're able to travel. Now that we're able to stay here, I can say that it didn't disappoint. Seaview Suite was great. Staff were friendly. The only thing I can complain about is that I thought we were arranged a hotel transfer during our departure to another hotel (Shangri-la, just next door), I think airport transfer is included but not hotel transfer? In the end we had to call for e-trike. We do want to come back in the future.

My family stayed 4 nights at Crimson Resort for the first time. Crimson Resort has Excellent Customer Service! The view is phenomenal. So 5 stars is not enough! I could give 10 stars if I can. Nice place that combines Philipinnes experience with western roots. I enjoyed my stay. It appears as the rooms needs retouching abit and property as well. I thought may be because of covid period. All in all great experience.
