Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended place for supper & a shuttle service to cruise port.

Standing outside while front desk was servicing another guest - Doors were locked. The guest took awhile and so we waited approx. 18-20 mins before being helped. No Microwave and no glassware made for a diminished impression despite the Bright, Large and immaculate reception area.

Everything was wonderful. We will be staying here again. Such a nice hotel and everyone was so nice. My only complaint is the fitted bed sheets kept sliding off both beds. Other than that everything was wonderful!

Flew into Long Beach airport for a cruise out of Long Beach. Upon returning from the cruise, booked at night and spent the day at Disneyland. It was a short 15-20 UBER ride away to Disneyland. Flew home out of Long Beach the next morning. The hotel offers a free shuttle and it’s less than 5 minutes to the airport. The rooms are nice and clean with comfy beds, new showers and free breakfast. The lobby is large and inviting. A wonderful value for the quality of the stay.

We just had a quick over night with a flight coming in at 8pm to LGB and going out in morning. came into LGB saw many hotel shuttles drive by, holiday inn, courtyard etc called hampton no one would pick up. me and my husband kept calling for 30 min. finally someone picked up said couldn't pick us up and to have a taxi take us and they would give them a voucher. no taxis wanted to do it. finally one taxi said they would take us for free because didn't want hassle of voucher paperwork, didn't want to screw her so gave her 15.00. what a cluster. that was the whole point of booking this hotel. then left at 5 am next day and said they were already out of breakfast to-go bags. at 5 am !? all out already seriously. if you are picking this one for those amenities pick another one. courtyard is literally across the street and they had a shuttle just waiting at airport

Very comfortable room. The hotel was spotless. The staff was very friendly. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

The hotel was nice and clean with comfy beds and a decent breakfast. It was quiet at night which I really appreciate as a light sleeper. The shuttle to the airport was a nice touch. The only thing that bothered us was the amount they were charging for an early check in. We and several other people came straight from a cruise and were exhausted and had nowhere to go until check in time. The hotel takes advantage of thay by charging $100 to get in the room early and $50 if its closer to normal check in time. If the room is already clean and sitting there empty I don't understand charging so much so we can just go in and nap. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and the staff was friendly.

Great hotel by the airport, nice big lobby, good breakfast. My only comment is that relaxing by the pool is not great because they have the music piped in playing too loud, and I’m not an old grouch, everyone in put big party agreed. Also the hot tub was out of commission the whole time and we were counting on that amenity. Otherwise stay was great.

The hotel is nice. The breakfast is good. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately my stay got off to a bad start when at check in I was told that they didn’t have the type of room that I reserved available. I specifically reserved a king bed with a sofa sleeper, but was told they only had a room with a king bed and no sofa sleeper or a room with 2 queens. I was told they would get us into a room that we booked the next day, but again we were told they had no availability. They did give us free parking and a 1 hour late checkout which was nice, but I would have rather had the room we booked.

It smelled so fresh when you walked in the entrance. It was refreshing! It was w/in walking distance to several restaurants for dinner the night we arrived. The room & bed was great as was breakfast the next morning. We stayed prior to a cruise & it was only about 20-30 minutes away, so conveniently located too. The only thing I wasn't aware of when I made our reservation, was the $16 per night parking fee.

The desk attendant was very nice and helpful . Property seemed nice and newer . No microwave in the room , had to go to the lobby . Ice machines on all 5 floors , none worked , had to go to the lobby . Body wash in the shower container was empty . Had to ask for new set of sheets because ours did not appear clean and when they brought them , they did not bring pillow cases .

Expedia said pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub was closed for winter. Please provide correct information at the time of booking and pool and hot tub was the main factor for us. We did not have good experience. We will rather book directly after checking with the hotel.

Good business hotel. Room was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Two things to improve - paint was peeling on my shower ceiling and the hair dryer didn't actually dry hair. But no crisis, would return.

The hotel is lovely. Room was large and comfortable. The hotel is close to the airport as well as shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again.

Short trip to CA to visit friends. This property suited our needs and budget. Check in was smooth. Desk agent was great. They followed up with us via text to make sure everything was going good. The only issue was there only seemed to be one elevator working so it was sometimes a long wait. Other than that we had a good stay and would consider this property again in the future.
