Excellent conditions. Room was nicely designed. Near Max Value supermarket. Bus stops to JR Sapporo Station and to New Chitose Airport nearby. Morihico Cafe in the hotel was just very nice. The only thing to complain is that room curtain is right above the bed head and the sunshine just came through and disturbed our sleep.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! Probably the best place i have stayed at during my month of travels! Highly recommended!

My friend and I stayed here because the location was so close to a supermarket and a subway station. We both wanted our own private rooms, which were great. I've traveled through Japan several times, and I'm used to the Japan standards of room sizes so I had no issue with the space. The hotel/cafe was kept meticulously clean by professional staff members that spoke English. My friend and I were honestly shocked at how perfect this place was for our stay during the Sapporo Snow Festival. We would not hesitate to book again.

A 15mins walking distance from Naebo JR station. Nearest subway station at kikusui station (the sapporo subway), exit 1. Location is peaceful, theres a 24hrs supermart at the junction when you come out from the subway. A family mart opposit the hotel. A cafe at 1st floor of the hotel. And a very nice common area at the residence floor. A cosy place to stay in. The bed area is spacious. It will be better if they have more washing machines. There's only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer machine at the laundry. Would definitely wanna stay here again for the next trip!

It’s tidy and really clean. They provide towels, brushes, shampoo, conditioner and even pajamas! The tunnel of girls’s room is quite tight, but it’s acceptable. The shower room is so clean which is appreciated! Highly recommend this hostel!

Very lovely hotel/hostel. I stayed in both a private room and a dorm. Positive: Very nice and service minded staff, restaurant/café in the same building with amazing coffee, kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, freezer and boiler. Close to Kikusui station and walking distance to central Sapporo. Wi-fi is very good! Everything is very clean! Negative: The cubes do get very hot, especially during winter when the AC is on 25 degrees C. There's a small kitchen with a stove, but no cooking utensils which I found a little strange. Mattress is quite stiff and pillow was a little strange but comfortable. Felt like it had straw in it, but only on one side. Never encountered such a pillow. Overall a very lovely and modern hotel and I enjoyed my stay very much!

Great hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. Clean common rooms. Towels, toiletries and pajamas are changed daily. Tasty breakfast and nice restaurant ambience. 3 mins walk to Kikusui Station/Bus Stop, and a bus ride (Bus no. 55 or no. 7) to Sapporo JR Station. There is a family mart accross the street and a 24 hr Supermarket. Around 8 - 10 minutes walk to Premier Hotel Tsubaki bus stop where you can catch a direct bus ride to CTS airport. Best hostel so far I have ever been to.

A hostel but with a Hotel experience! Everything is perfect for me. Location wise and service are all excellent. I've been a backpacker and have traveled to many countries and this hostel is one of a kind! Great service!

Found this hotel after my airbnb cancelled on us and am super glad I decided to stay here. We stayed for 5 nights in the private room and our whole stay was pleasant from start to end. The hotel staff and cafe staff were exceptional, as you would expect of Japanese service. The room was clean and there was daily cleaning service. Bed was just nice and toilet was clean also. There was enough space for us to put two luggage on the floor. The heating function was also useful in the winter. As the hotel is located in a quiet place, there's no noise and we slept very well. There isn't much in the vicinity, though there was a convenience store just opposite. The breakfast was superb. It's not much but very tasty and they always gave you a different option everyday! It also looks appetizing, definitely insta-worthy! Overall, i would give it max stars. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I loved staying at Hotel Potmum. The hotel was in a great location a couple blocks from the subway station. Super easy to get around by foot. There is a convenient store right across the street as well as a 24 hour market nearby! The breakfast was amazing, and the smell of coffee coming in and out of the hotel was a perk. Would stay here again!

Really cool place, good coffee downstairs (a little expensive). Capsule was nice but mattress quite hard, and not much luggage storage. Nice facilities, good washroom. Friendly staff. The place was a little out of the way, about 30/40 min walk from the rest of the city, the main station etc. and quite residential around so no bars or restaurants.

Very clean, comfortable hotel, there's a excellent cafe bar at 1st floor, all staffs are nice. there's a subway station and 24hrs supermarket nearby, great and quite location.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash were in each shower stall.

Clean and has what you need for a trip. Other guest houses I stayed had bad odor because they have not cleaned well..

The hotel is new so clealiness is superb! Just that the toilet (washing basin is located in the room) and bathroom is separated. Other than that everything is great! Good breakfast with nice coffee.

The location seems quite remote from the central city even it is located only 3 station from Sapporo station. but close to the station. The facility is clean, not too many guests. You an feel you have a privacy during stay. The common amenities are good. Overall, I am very like this hostel. The staff is very helpful, however, he is not totally can use English in communication.

I stayed in what was supposed to be a 6-person dorm but it was actually a room with 3 beds in capsule hotel style and a huge amount of space outside the beds for luggage and getting shoes on etc. I can see why they say 6-person though becuase you can easily hear the beds from the next door room which are just the other side of a plywood wall (that forms one side of your bed wall). The plywood is not soundproof at all and fairly easy to knock into as you move around your bed, so if you have noisy neighbours you are likely to be disturbed. The shared spaces are very clean and comfortable and the showers and bathrooms are fantastic and of very high quality. The laundry is easy to use and the hotel staff will even provide you with detergent free of charge. There is a great cafe downstairs (although the food is a little pricey) which seems to be popular among locals so is a nice choice for breakfast or an evening tea/snack. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and really make you feel as though you are a very important hotel guest. One staff member even found me a box so that I could mail some of my possessions home and helped with calling the post office to make sure they were open; she then walked me through the route to get there in detail. Location of the hotel is definitely off the beaten tourist path, but close to a subway station and not a long walk from the centre so still convenient.
