Great hotel experience. And it was my first!

This hotel was very nice and clean. The hotel was on the pricey side.

Lean, roomy and comfortable, good breakfast, plenty of free parking, close to stores.

Loved everything about our room, from the size to the fridge, to the large washroom. Every detail well thought out. Definite trip here again in the future

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was the best we have ever had staying at a hotel. The beds were very comfy and rooms had a lot of space! We visited with family in the lounge area in the lobby and felt really relaxed! 10/10

Very quiet, new, but unfortunately there was no hot water due to an issue with the boiler. Would have been nice to have a call from the front desk to let us know.

Nice overnight stay. Friendly staff, quick check in. Nice spacious room. Fast food adjacent to hotel were either closed or worse. Tims was open but had no donuts or sandwiches.

Our stay was amazing, the rooms are large, the beds so comfrtable, the bat.h so spacious, the lighting and design very sophisticated The breakast was very complete,the dining room very quiet. Parking was very convenient.

Absolutely loved the hot breakfast, bacon, sausages and eggs. Expensive real fruits yogourt too! Room and hotel was clean, just barely dirty white sheets that should have been changed. No fan in bathroom, low intimacy bathroom as the door barely closed(1 in and a half open on each side). A/C was working great. Could have been more sound isolated but for the price I got what I was looking for ! I would still return and highly recommend !

After a long drive stuck behind traffic, we were able to spot the hotel from the end of the highway going into the city. Just keep following the tall building and it'll take you there. Ample of parkings and soon as we got in, the front greeks us right a way, check us in and we are up in our room within minutes. Nice clean room all around. Dont forget the next day breakfast with a variaty of choice food. Overall a memorable stay.

The location is similar to the other Brantford area hotels - just off the highway, so if you’re travelling by car no problem. I stopped over on a cycling trip to London - not ideal for that, but not designed for that! Otherwise staff was excellent and everything was fresh and clean.

The room was large, clean, quiet and appeared to be brand new.

Recall seeing this hotel being built not so long ago, but thinking it would be still in good condition we decided to stay the night. The staff greeted us and everyone was pleasant. Here are the issues we encountered: uncomfortable beds, broken window screen(would not roll up or down Room 312) my 14yr figured out what was wrong and he fixed it the next day. The pool was not clean and pool light was broken floating in the pool. ( electrical wires still connected) Elevator tiles are cracked up and glass to the entrances of the hotel needs cleaning. Maintenance of the property is a priority, it's right up there with customer service. The breakfast selection could use a little work, but It's not a big deal because I can choose to eat in or out. Needs some TLC before it gets too bad!

The hotel is very clean from the reception area, my room, the breakfast area. I had a really nice clean room with a comfortable bed making very welcoming. Breakfast was part of my stay and it was really nice with a variety of different foods. The staff was really friendly on my check in and check out making really easy. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

It was amazing to stay at holiday inn. The cleanliness is amazing and everything was perfect. Definately go there in future and reccommed as well.
