We were not allowed to check in, and haven’t gotten a refund.

It wasn’t the worst but it wasn’t the best. Upon entering my room I did a full inspection. The floors were sticky and had marks on them. The sink had chip marks all over. The toilet had poop all over it and burn marks along with the bathtub still needing to be cleaned. One of my beds had a wet spot in the middle with cigarette burn holes in it. The bed I slept in was okay quality. The lock to the front of my room was tapped on and fell off when I opened the door. As for the shower, the water smelled like iron and the towels were see through. But on the bright side of things the heat and a/c worked very well same with the hot water. Other than the cleanliness and door lock. It was a okay stay, but I wouldn’t go again. They also have some weird rules and no housekeeping. Your also not allowed extra towels or anything.

Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Our heater was smelling like there was something wrong with it. We turned it off and were comfortable but figured we better let someone know. A fire would have been awful. They insisted on moving us to a different room. The new room was an amazing upgrade. It was a wonderful and unnecessary gesture. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Check in was an anxious mess. A man was yelling at the hotel clerk, causing me to have an anxiety attack. Signs state "NO...."followed by a long list including no extra towels, no extra linens, no housekeeping, no breakfast, NO COFFEE, and the list goes on and on! Once we got into our room the AC wasn't working and they were not too eager to fix it. Thankfully unplugging it worked...until the next day and it happened again. The floor felt like it was caving in! The shower water temp was backwards and the pressure was awful. Someone was smoking pot outside of our door and it came into our room. YUCK! The wall paper was coming off the walls. The bed was horrible too...springs in your back all night. Marriott pricing for a roadside motel. Ohh and the pictures can not be current...just beware of what you are paying for on this one.

Older property with major problems. Dirty, mold in bathroom, paper thin towels, no toiletries, no breakfast, no coffee. Even at this lower price, it should be in better condition.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Dead bugs all over room, black hairs, hairs and bugs dead in fridge. The furniture was fine but the place was filthy I ask to be moved as would not give money back. They would not I took many pics of the bugs etc. I told the manager next morning he refused to look at pics and would not go up and look. He said why are you telling me? It was the horrible experience.

Free parking, can park right in front of the door. Very poor condition. Shower/tub was dirty..had two different types/colors of hair stuck on the wall. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Smells like smoke, even for the non-smoking rooms.

They saud no house keeping because of covid. But barely cleaning between gueats. There wqs watet on the floor near ac, there qas a fingernail in the tub and hair on the floor. Beds are very uncomfortable. But front desk ppl were nice

Place was terrible from start to finish in every way

I didn’t realize this hotel wasn’t a chain when I made the reservation (and if it is a chain, it really doesn’t seem like one). My first impression was that it was an odd place. The guy at the counter was nice, but definitely not trained in a corporate context (which was fine, he wasn’t inappropriate). The rooms had hard floors which is the reason we picked it—traveling with pets is always nerve-wracking. The price was reasonable, the room was clean. If you need more than a sheet, ask for an extra blanket when you check in. No breakfast to speak of. Overall, it was fine and we would stay there again.

It was fine. They do not do breakfast now because of covid and the girl said she is not sure if they will again. I am more upset with this website that I went through to book the reservation. They act like they r getting you a great deal but in reality they r charging you more than if u booked it yourself. Since they do not allow any criticism on them, you cannot trust their reviews. I will leave a new review on google.

The sheets were dirty I had to use my 98 year old lady pads on the beds in order to lay down. Front desk staff didn’t have keys to get clean sheets.

There was some rust on the sink and bath tub. A couple stains on the bed sheets and a pillow. The light in the bathroom didn't work. Basically, you get what you pay for.

Bed was nice. They had canceled breakfast 2 months ago and didn’t mention that in the ad. When asked for about charging the same amount without breakfast, he said I don’t know what you paid and left it alone.

The price was very affordable and the property was very amenable to our two dogs.

Parking as adequate. QuietNo toilet paper in room. Night security chain latch on room door was missing.

Everything was great! Would come back. No complaints. Staff was friendly.

Although the room was comfortable, I've never seen such an unclean room or location at a national chain motel. The sink looked like it had not been cleaned since the last occupant. The wooden floor was so dirty, the bottoms of my feet turned black from walking on them. Common areas were disgusting. The walkway outside the second story rooms were loaded with cigarette butts, beer cans, food wrappers, even food scraps. I had to be careful where I stepped. I'll also mention that one of the electric outlets was non-functioning, and the toilet seat was so small I could barely fit on it, and I am not a large person.
