Perfect place to stay.... Friendly, clean and safe!

The hotel was fairly new and clean but they appeared to be under staffed as much of the staff did multiple jobs and seemed to work a lot of the 3 days of my stay.

This hotel is new, pet friendly, and conveniently located, so imagine my disappointment when after driving 10 hours and finally finding a resting place, I was awakened by my daughter telling me there is a bug on her pillow. I Googled bedbug image and indeed, this was a bedbug. Now, I understand these things happen, so I informed the front desk and the young lady told me that I could just leave and not be charged any fees. However, I had used my Hotels.com rewards of over $130 to pay the charge, so she told me I had to go through Hotels.com for reimbursement. Well, long story short, I did not receive a refund. Fortunately, I was able to drive an additional 2 hours off of the adrenaline I had from this incident and I checked into another hotel around 3 am, just long enough to get some type of sleep before I had to be at my event the following morning. The kicker is that the following morning, I noticed two marks on my back that I think may have possibly been bedbug bites. This hotel is nice and new and this may have been an uncommon occurrence, but I know that bedbugs infiltrate spaces and I got absolutely no feeling that anyone involved cared a bit about this experience to address it. Its unfortunate that I was charged a full night when I left this place in distress after 2 hours through no fault of my own. Just look out if you decide to stay here and be prepared to spend the night with bedbugs.

Only negative thing was the toilet was extremely low in room.

This was our second stay at this LaQuinta and we were very pleased with the conditions, staff and breakfast. We will stay again when we are in the area.

Complimentary hot breakfast was great. They have a tiger robot that delivers snacks, towels, etc to your room. The hotel is pet friendly. We'd stay here again.

Lisa the manager was so awesome and sweet. She was very accommodating to me! The only thing that I didn’t like was the wi-fi. It was poor!

I am a dog person. My family has one. We all love our dog. When I stay at a hotel. I do not like it when there is a barking dog next door. If your dog barks why let it stay in the room with you. We should be told during the registration if a dog is close to us. Every strange noise the dog heard the barking started.

I enjoyed everything

Loved how friendly the staff is. Nice and clean EXCEPT the last 2 times we’ve stayed i noticed the shower caulking needs bleached. Both times the shower (different rooms) has black mold in caulking along the bottom. 😳

The room was clean including beds and bathroom. I would not recommend the room we stayed in if you have a hard time sleeping on hard beds. Breakfast was ok.

Great place to stay, especially if you're in town for a home game.

When we first checked in to our room, it reeked of smoke and air freshener. I called downstairs and we were immediately given another room. She said the whole hotel is non-smoking but I guess people do what they want. We had another incident where I dropped an earring down the sink. We talked to the lovely gentleman at the front desk who said he would have maintenance come. We left for the day, after leaving a note and a tip in our room. We returned at 9:00 and the note and tip was gone but the earring was not there. I went downstairs where the woman working kind of acted like I was interrupting her tv time, but eventually told me that maintenance couldn’t find the earring. We drove to Lowe’s and bought a wrench and retrieved it ourselves. We spent a lot of money, for my standards, to stay here on a football weekend, and I kind of thought everybody would have been friendlier. I know the young man working the front desk tried his best. I won’t bring jewelry into the bathroom again.

Location and service was great. Easy access to AU.
