Too far away from the main towns
Had to go elsewhere and would not give any refund. Never even stayed there.

Loved the location for proximity to hiking and swimming at beautiful beach and lake and short drive to all the towns for shopping and dining. Excellent food at the Inn for breakfast which is included and dinner. Warm friendly staff and beautiful grounds.

What an awesome experience! The staff and even the Executive Chef went above and beyond to make our stay both pleasurable and memorable! We will definitely be back to this hidden gem!

Such a relaxing and beautiful place to stay! We enjoyed an afternoon swimming then an incredible dinner at the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved our stay and would come back again.

I had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Lambert's Cove Inn & Resort for a work trip. The stay was perfect! While off the beaten trail, the Inn is still convenient to Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. The entire property was clean and well-maintained. The staff and fellow guests were all friendly. The grounds were a wonderful retreat. I didn't get in the pool, but it was also well-maintained.
I enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the property both nights of my stay. It was convenient to have this option and really spectacular food. I had the sea bass night one and the scallops night two.
I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a retreat and charming staying in the Vineyard.

Beautiful woodland retreat with lovely gardens. Staff is friendly, gracious and always looking to make your stay special. The food at the restaurant is fabulous!

I like coffee first thing in the morning and was shocked to discover that there is no coffee available on the property until 8 am when breakfast is served. This is an expensive and beautiful place with lots to offer, but not to serve any coffee or tea prior to 8 am is an issue for some of us!

It is an amazing Inn where you can connect with the nature and charge your engine . Organic breakfast, professional chef, staff prepared. It is 15 min with car away from city than if you like to go walking around in the city is not the place for you

Clean room, comfortable beds. Beautiful idyllic property. Best customer service I have ever experienced for lodging. Also the food in the restaurant is excellent so be sure to dine there as well!

The rooms and facilities are a bit outdated. Pictures on travel sites look better than reality. But everything works properly. Staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond, special shout out to Jenn!!

We have stayed as several hotels/inns/campgrounds on our road trip- the Lambert Cove Inn is the best. This was the most perfect place to stay on the island most wonderful people work here. The location is absolutely beautiful. And alpacas.
We were so welcome at the Inn and felt immediately at home. We were already in love with the natural beauty of MV, and the calm sophistication of the inn mirrored that.
Having a sitting area separated from the main bed was a needed bit of space for all of us on this trip. The bathroom was clean and modern.
I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when returning to MV, and I look forward to coming back yearly, for me this off-season is the perfect season.
Our stay was wonderful and perfect and we just cannot say enough good things about the inn.

We absolutely love staying here. The staff was so very accommodating. Bridget is such a fine manager. And omg she keeps the landscaping and grounds so beautifully maintained. True artistry. Food is excellent and overall service is top notch. The entire staff are such professionals. Linda is a jewel. We love it!

It is a quiet safe haven away from a lot of people. This is quiet time to visit Martha's Vineyard but staying here for just one night was just perfect! Woody area just around the Inn makes it so peaceful.

The entire staff was so nice and welcoming. Beautiful property, so peaceful and quiet. And we had a WONDERFUL dinner in the garden outside on the property. 10/10 recommend

We had the best stay here. We couldn’t get a reservation to bring our car on the ferry. Took a cab to the hotel for $35. The rest of the time we used the local buses which you catch right there at the beach, super easy. You can also rent a car right when you get off the ferry if you want. We ate dinner at the restaurant every night it was so good! We will be back!

Lovely, comfortable inn on a beautiful property with friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the quiet - apart from the garbage truck outside our window at 7am on a Saturday! Breakfast food was tasty, but rather barebones. We expected a broader selection to match the room rate.

Lambert's Cove Inn is a secluded, upscale cozy hotel. It has a restaurant with a limited menu with a four course meal that cost $105. The four days I was staying there, the menu did not change. The breakfast is basic with oatmeal, eggs, hashbrowns, mixed berries/fruit, orange juice, and coffee/tea. There was a fireplace fire that caused the main hotel to not have hot water. It caused guest to not be able to take showers or baths. The hotel offered cheese plate and bottle of wine for the inconveniences. After many complaints to owner, the guest affected by having no hot water is receiving a reimbursement for the full stay. We did not have a properly functioning TV or remote control. Coffee or tea was not often available in the early mornings. The receptionist leaves at 10:00pm every night.

I really liked the cleanliness and the peacefulness of the property as well as its close proximity to the Lambert's Cove beach. The owner is a chef and I really loved that we could spend a night eating in at the Inn. Lovely owners and staff. The Inn was recently acquired by the new owners - January 2022 so while the rooms, dining room and Inn is immaculate, updated changes to the patio, etc. are coming. A beautiful asset to the community!

Stunning private property, great staff, very comfortable beds. We stayed on a Sunday and Monday to discover the restaurant was only open Wednesday-Saturday.

Just unimpressed, TV didn't work, and the property was underwhelming. Didn't know till we arrived the restaurant was closed on Tuesdays.

Loved staying here! The access to lamberts cove beach alone made it worth it to us but the rooms were also very clean and seeing the alpacas outside our window was great! Definitely would recommend

I liked the beautiful grounds that it was on, the alpaca farm, pool, and the complimentary breakfast. Nice quaint inn. It’s located almost in the middle of island so every where was equally accessible

We stayed here for two nights in August 2021. I had read glowing reviews, so was a bit surprised by our experience. First, I do want to say that I am not typically a B&B person, which is the model/ feel here. There are just a few people on staff, so very limited service and amenities. It took us 20 minutes to find someone to help us when we arrived. When we did find her, she simply said "Check in is at 4PM" and carried on with what she was doing. Rooms are clean but not updated. Our shower was dingy and we couldn't get the front door of our room closed (late night revelers actually opened the door to our unit one night). The grounds are lovely, but for what we paid it feels like they could provide a higher level of service and amenities, and update the remaining bathrooms (I had read there was a total remodel, that must not have included our bathroom). I could overlook some of the quirks if more attention was paid to service and amenities.
