Grounds were well kept. Rooms were clean. Air conditioning worked. However, there were no ice trays in the fridge which was inconvenient. The cafeteria was closed for refurbishing but we were not told before checking in. Some buildings need painting & maintenance work. Basic amenities were in place & we enjoyed our stay.

Property is not up to standard

The direct staff Nonchalant behavior needs fixing. They are quick to take your money without caring about the guest. Worse decision ever.

The room is dark and me a depressing feeling.

“Loft” was dirty, moldy, stained sheets, no standing shower, wasn’t given a king bed even though I paid for one. I Asked to be downgraded to a better room then when I did the water went out so I couldn’t even shower nor brush my teeth. Property did ntn nor care that guests didn’t have water to shower, nor have contingencies in place. Would not recommend staying here there are a lot of Air b&bs with better perks, cleaner!

The English woman mannage has terrible manners and is rude. the wifi is absolutely rubbish.

The receptionist was very rude and bathroom was very filthy, broken shower.

Horrible the worst place I've ever stayed the rooms are dirty and not taking care of bedding are filthy the bed skirts are Horrible the curtains are soiled the floors are Horrible looking and so filthy and dirty shower bath is filthy and doesn't even work properly this place is just over all disgusting for someone to pay this amount of money to stay wifi not working safe in room not working one bin only in bathroom ...my worst stay at any resort or hotel

The staff was nice they tried their best. They can only do what their bosses tell them to do . You have an issue you will not see management. There’s no restaurant there and you only know that after you’ve booked. Management needs to take some responsibility for unhappy guests.

The property needs renovation…. The check in time is ridiculous and a total robbery . We didn’t even get to spend 24hours there for so much money …..: I wouldn’t recommend.

Well it was very disappointing to get to the lobby and see BATS in the tower of the lobby. It was an open outdoor area. As I lead to my room it wasn't what I thought i was getting from what was put up on Hotel.com website. So yes I wasn't a HAPPY CAMPER nor would I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Simple, beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful.

When I pulled up to the gate, the security approached my vehicle, I told him I have a reservation. He checked the book and said to me that my name is not there. He asked if I have an email I said, I don’t have the email, he then said, “yuh neva mek no reservation” I said, “excuse me, wey yuh say?” He repeated, “yuh neva mek no reservation!” So, I said to him, say you don’t see it in the book but don’t tell me that I didn’t make a reservation, you can’t tell me what I did or didn’t do. He kept on going on, saying I didn’t make a reservation. Then he walked away back in the booth, he let a car out and did not return to assist me. I called him back out of the security hut and told him that I did make a reservation and it’s not his place to say what I did or didn’t do. I went into my phone and e-mail history to see if there’s an email record of my reservation. I did find an email and showed it to him, so I stated, “I didn’t make a reservation, right?” He continued on to say, “yo yuh chat too much!” I said, “you have nothing about you” He retorted by saying, “yuh nuh have Nuttin bout YOU!” Is that how you have your security guards treating your guests? He should be fired for that exchange. He didn’t try to assist by calling the front desk to confirm. He didn’t try to assist in any way shape or form. But he was quite ok with berating me and calling me a liar and names, whilst I’m a paying guest in this establishment. Of which I’ll more than likely won't stay again.

Rooms was small , toilet seat was broken no tissue, No staff it was not a good stay

This property is just okay. It has the potential to be great but you can see it needs to be worked on. Staff communication was not great. There was no restaurant besides by the pool with a tiny fryer behind it which I believe is unacceptable. Please provide better covering for the bedding. Why should I be covering myself with ONE sheet! It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. This property needs a serious update.

My room started to leak. My entire closet was flood out as well as the kichen area and living room...

Their were no blankets on the bed. No ironing board. They didn’t even come and clean the room. It wasn’t the best experience. The worst part is there was no food. You have to go into the town to get food. It’s more like a motel experience

ALWAYS a pleasure staying here. It’s literally my hidden gem. So private and discreet. And safe. I usually have zero complaints, But this time they were cleaning the pool and we weren’t able to use it due to it being cloudy. But everything else was great. The swim up bar was still accessible. Great music choices too. The breakfast that is offered in the morning is TOP TIER!!! Eating the food from the vendor is a MUST!

The property has a nice chill family vibe. Unfortunately, the room that I was housed was not so nice. Light bulb needed in the bathroom area, the shower was not working appropriately and the bathtub was not clean enough to take a bath :(. The cable did not offer some of the channels that they had on the list as being available. No blanket and the AC leaked on the bed as it was positioned right beneath the AC. Overall staff was extremally friendly and pool nice and clean. Outside of the premises is clean, eco-friendly and a beautiful site to the eyes.

There should be a customer service 24hours and also the wifi is not all that great
