Stayed here early Jan with my husband. First time in Budapest. Fantastic central location, got the bus from the airport (100e) and dropped us about 200m from the hotel. Very welcoming check in. Beautiful room, very spacious, huge comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Would definitely recommend 👍

The hotel is wonderful and we had a great time there for our visit in Budapest. The lobby is beautiful. Room is well decorated and spacious. The bathroom is very well renovated, and the shower was amazing. The balcony was lovely with sunlight and open view to the street and the park. Every staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the lobby was small but with all the essentials. It felt like a professionally managed bed and breakfast. The location is convenient and within walking distant to many must see places, but also tucked in a quiet and peaceful street. The music in the lobby was also perfect and gave a romantic ambience to the hotel. There is also a nice scent in the hotel and you can purchase the same spray/diffuser to bring home. One thing I was a little confused was that I thought there are 2 bottles of complimentary water everyday, but except for the 2 in our room on the first day, we didn't have any water put in our room by housekeeper for the next two days. So we asked for 3 bottles over the next two days. But in the end we were charged for two bottles as extra water, although we actually got 1 bottle less. Not sure how this was calculated. Also we noticed that the carpet was not vacuumed at all after the housekeeping. All in all this hotel is a gem and we would like to come back when we are in Budapest again.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by this luxurious boutique hotel. It was located across the street from a quiet park and they greeted us with Prosecco, a very nice touch. The room had high ceilings and the room came with Netflix. There was so much to see in the area, that we never once turned on the TV. We passed by a cute cat museum (Cats Museum Kft) which was 1 block away. It was such a fun time in there for a pet lover like me. The breakfast was very cute and the staff was very accomadating. My only concern was when my husband cut himself on the bathroom glass table. It's corner was previously chipped. However, the staff was quick to remove the table and provided an alcohol pad. Unfortunately they did not have Bandaids. But they followed up with us the next day to make sure my husband was okay. All in all, I would stay here again, for it's location, spacious rooms, breakfast, view and friendly staff! One of our best accommodations yet!

The hotel is good but I would not consider it a 4 star hotel. The AC doesn't work, there are no phones in the room, the rooms face inwards with no views, the elevator does not stop at every floor so you need to take stairs with your luggage, there is nobody to help with luggage, and the staff is pushy to buy tickets through the hotel. If they fix some of these things it would have been a perfect stay

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Everything was outstanding and I would highly recommend.

Great service from all team members we encountered! The hotel is insanely cute and the bed comfy. Very conveniently located to walk around town. I stayed here with my elderly parents and the one flight of stairs was even doable to them.

Staff at this hotel is amazing!

I never tried a boiled egg from the fridge, it was very cold, not too many options because the hotel has no kitchen. We finished the body lotion and hair conditioner but the housekeeping didn’t refill it. Not worth!

Lovely decor, great staff, very comfortable bed and easy walking to sights or transport

Hotel Collect has been our favourite hotel since travelling through Europe. We cannot fault it. The ladies that work there are true professionals in every manner. They were so welcoming, helpful and caring. Breakfast was delicious, position was handy and were able to walk most places. Beds were comfortable and the decor was top notch. The Hotel Collect is incredible. The staff are wonderful, helpful and the service is of the highest standard. The facilities are first rate, the Hotel itself is so conveniently located that it took no time at all to visit fabulous restaurants or to visit the other side of Buda. The Hotel itself was clean and beautifully decorated. It was our first trip to Budapest but certainly won't be our last. We will definitely return to this Hotel.

Utterly marvelous! The best hotel experience I've ever had. Stunning room with a good location on a qaint, quiet street. The staff are warm and go out of their way to offer any assistance. It's great value for money. Really ideal for a solo female traveller. The free breakfast was a nice touch.

Super hotel and service

This was a lovely small hotel with interesting boho decor and lovely staff. It was a convenient walking distance from Elizabeth Bridge from where you can get to most other places. Breakfast is on a kind of rota system and you can help yourself to the European style breakfast on offer ( pastries, croissants, cheeses, cold meats, yogurt, fruit, toast etc) The staff went out of their way to help but were not effusive. At one point I saw a customer arrive to check in around 5 hours early. The customer was clearly stressed and a little rude, but I observed the staff handle it perfectly and noticed the manager had seen this from across the room and came over and spoke with the customer and put him at ease, offered coffee, and got him settled despite his early arrival and his rude manner. A perfect example of how to do it! We would definitely stay there again.

Anjali and her team were attentive from the moment we booked and began corresponding about the details of our stay, to the moment they called our last taxi and packed an early breakfast box for a dawn departure. Such a gem of a place. It was a 10 minute walk to the Danube and 14 to the thermal baths. The decor was extravagant yet welcoming. The amenities comforting. We will stay here and recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest. Magnificent boutique hotel!

For me, a single professional looking for a comfortable and quiet hotel - this was perfect. Walkable to everything, generous and helpful staff, and a boutique cool vibe to every space. Dont expect some grand hotel chain. This is a gem of a spot, i hope to return to. Thank you!

Amazing hote and amenities, VIP services from Hotel were not offered. No room upgrade was offered and other VIP services were told that are complementary and therefore not given on full scale as per booking.

A gorgeous hotel, funky, artsy decor with everything new and clean. Great communications and service. A lovely buffet breakfast. An adorable inner courtyard. Beware that while this property does have an elevator, it isn't in sync with the current building configuration, so you (and your bags) will need to take the steps 1/2 floor up or down even if you do use the elevator.

What a beautiful and strategically situated place to stay during our first visit to Budapest! Our 2nd floor balcony room was the perfect base. The 14-foot ceiling makes you feel like you're in a mansion, and the balcony overlooks a quiet park and the little cobblestoned street. The AC cooled us down nicely after hot days and nights out. The staff was very helpful in finding restaurants, subways, clubs, etc. As a result, we were navigating the city with ease by the third day and realized we were closer to the riverfront than maps led us to believe. Hotel Collect is a true home away from home and a much better option than the corporate hotels.

I would recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. It is ideally located and all sights we wished to visit were in walking distance. The Hotel is beautiful, quiet, exceptionally clean and the staff are second to none. Nothing was too much of a problem for them, even when it came to wanting them to accommodate a ‘birthday pack’ of cake, balloons & fizz, which they did at short notice for us. The breakfast was a cold buffet of eggs, meats, cake, breads, salads, cereals, fruit and much more. The only hot option was pancakes, which were fantastic! I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
