We stayed at this hotel as a last minute booking after our previous reservation fell through- the best thing about this hotel is the staff and service!! We had a small issue with our room and they dealt with it immediately with no quibble moved us and could not have been more helpful on all fronts. Very friendly place to stay would recommend!

Very very very friendly and enjoyable staff that goes over and above to help with any request. The property was very comfortable. My ac broke, but was repaired the next day. The wifi signal to our room was very low and I could not use my laptop or phone wifi. It was fixed by the time we left. The bathroom was too small for one person, let alone two. I had to sit on the toilet sideway because there wasnt much room. The backsplash behind the sink, and the shower were dirty. The walls had chips out of the paint next to the bed that needed to be painted. And lastly, the room and bathroom lighting was placed in the wrong places and not bright enough to see you face in the mirrors.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Knowing that there is a birthday, they put effort to decorate the room and surprise with a birthday cake !!

I am absolutely obsessed with this place!!!!! We searched for a while for a hotel and Hanoi and then finally came across this one and I’m so happy we did. This is by far our best stay in Vietnam. This is a new hotel so it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. It’s extremely clean and quiet. I had the best shower of my life and we slept for literally 13 hours because the bed was so comfortable. I can’t begin to explain how perfect the staff was. Trang was there for our entire stay and she is the absolute sweetest person. She helped us so much with recommendations and made sure we were comfortable. I’m so sad our stay here ended. The only thing we can do now is tell everyone you MUST stay here. Without a question, this is your Hanoi hotel!!

Great stay: comfortable beds, clean rooms and nice breakfast buffett. Excellent customer service at the front desk. We enjoyed our stay in La Sinfonia Citadel while in Hanoi and we'll gladly be back here again.

We had a very pleasant stay in La Sinfonia Citadel. The breakfast buffet is delicious, as we stayed for three nights, we didn’t expect they would change the food options each day. The staff are welcoming and the service was superb! And when we left they even have a small souvenir for us. The location would not be the most convenient, however you can get to the attractions easily. The area is relatively quiet comparing to the main spots which is a bonus for us, as we don’t really enjoy the crowds of the old quarters when you can get traffic jam easily.

The hotel is very pretty itself and the environment in the hotel is wonderful. There is a sky bar where you can enjoy a chill night. The room is cozy and decorated in a 5 stars hotel way. The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated. When I reflected the situation to the staff, he arranged a new cup to us immediately and swapped a new room for us in short. The breakfast is tasty which is out of our expectations. When my friend and I left the hotel, the staff gave us some souvenirs for compensation and kept saying sorry for the situation we experienced. Staff attitude is really five out of five as guest can really be well served. I would highly recommend this hotel to others who would like to visit Hanoi.

I had a very pleasant stay at the La Sinfonia Citadel. Ms Trang Nguyen was particularly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were excellent. The spa was fantastic. I don't have a single fault.

I don’t know what to feel about this hotel for the following the reasons:
1. Room was clean, bed comfy but the bathroom was really small
2. The hotel had a funky smell in the hallways and the reception had a pungent cigarette smell because there is always a smoker in front of the lobby doors
3. The breakfast was pretty good
4. The receptionists were quite pushy. We had no intentions on using the spa or the rooftop bar (because the prices were outrageous) but they kept on convincing us to try out the services.
5. One of the “managers” approached us while we were eating breakfast asking us how was our stay but his demeanor (he had both of his hands on his pocket) seemed a bit rude
6. The most ridiculous part was that we were charged for the two coffee capsules. Usually when you have a coffee machine and coffee capsules placed next to it you will assume that these are complimentary but it wasn’t. It was confusing because it was right next to the complimentary tea bags…
7. Location is not the best because you need to cross multiple streets to get to the bustling french quartier zone

The front desk is very friendly, breakfast service is best and all service employees is fantastic and they when over my expectations. I gave them 5 star in service over all. We will be back again soon. And definitely to stay here again.

It was a very special stay. As it is a small charming boutique hotel, you feel very well taken care of. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience. I ate in the restaurant and received stellar service from Haivu, who went above and beyond the regular service to make sure that I was satisfied with the experience.

It is a very nice stay at this property. A good location as it is accessible to all your needs. The room has a nice setup and amenities are as expected for a 5 star property. Services are all superb with very attentive and warm service from all. Three months in Asia and I can say that this hotel has the best quality for such a minimal cost that I have come across. A wonderful experience indeed and I highly recommend friends to come.

This service at this hotel is EXCEPTIONAL! From the snack when you arrive, to walking with us to the pharmacy and helping us find medicine, to remembering our names, to providing recommendations, to packing us a breakfast since we left earlier than their breakfast started, the staff here made you feel like royalty.
The hotel is beautiful too. The room is well outfitted and the rooftop bar was a fun spot for drinks. We enjoyed the happy hour. The location is great too.
This is the only place we will stay in Hanoi in the future, and I will recommend this hotel to all of our friends.

Hotel is well located and a short walk to the Old Quaters shops and restaurants.
The rooms are clean and nicely styled although the walls are a little thin.
Breakfast is delicious with hot meals and fresh juices.
The hotel is well served by a team of dedicated and professional staff who made our 5 days stay a very pleasant experience.

A beautiful boutique hotel with wonderful staff who go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The turn down service was great as well as the rooftop bar which does 2 for 1 drinks from 4-7pm. The breakfast is fantastic with everything and anything available.
They organized a taxi to the airport for 350k which was nice. The hotel is located just outside the old town which means it is a little quieter. An easy 5-10 minute walk to the center.
My only concern would be the cheaper room doesn’t have a lot of natural light however that makes for an easy sleep in. Would highly recommend this hotel!

We loved our stay at this hotel during our Honeymoon trip. The service from Anna and her team was amazing, the best of all during our month trip. They were very helpful and helped us book our halong bay cruise, day trip to Ninh binh, train tickets and gave us good tips regarding places to see and restaurants in Hanoi.
The breakfast was the best too and our only regret s at this hotel are to not have tried the restaurant for diner and the spa services.
