Wonderful staff! Comfortable room that is conveniently located off the interstate and within easy access to shops and restaurants.

Nice new hotel very clean. If you are a light sleeper as I am make sure to stay in the even numbered rooms. The odd numbered rooms face the Maine turnpike and with a good arm you could hit the highway.

The room smelled like wet dog and dirty bathroom. The noise from the corridor began at 6:30 am. So much for sleeping in on our vacation.

Check in process was great and met with a friendly reception Hotel was very clean Complimentary breakfast was one on the best I have experienced. Unfortunately my room was adjacent to a very, very noisy roof evaporator just outside of my window which made it impossible to sleep without ear plugs and even then I could not drown out the noise - ROOM 217 . I brought this to the attention of the desk staff upon check-out who were apoligetic but thats as far as it went. I would not recoomend this room to anyone. The hotel though is very clean and staff are extremely courteous.

Pristine cleanliness! Fresh! No odors!

My boyfriend & I were traveling through Maine for one of his 20 Mile races. Neither of us had been to Kittery Maine. After a long day of events and travel. Ashley confirmed the room was in fact ready so we could check in early. Which was incredible given we wanted to rest. Ashley was polite and professional all around bright personality. Helpful. Answered my questions and made the check in process smooth n painless. As the day progressed April and Zoe were the ladies on the night shift. They were just as polite and helpful. Assisted me with questions and places to eat. Sadly neither introduced themselves or were wearing a name badge. The housekeeper whose name i didn't get either, was the sweetest. Always gave me a smile each time I passed by her. I am sure she had her routine of cleaning rooms. She didn't seem at all bothered that my room was next to be cleaned and I declined at that time. due to my boyfriend was still sleeping. She smiled thanked me. Wished me a good day and continued her duties. The room was absolutely amazing. So clean. Fully stocked and ready for us to enjoy. On a scale of 1-10 I'd say our stay was an 8. It might seem silly but it's really important to me that I acknowledge and address people in customer service properly. I kept saying thank you " hun" simply because not all the staff introduced them selves or had name badges. Ashley. The housekeeper. Zoe & April did a fabulous job. Kittery is on our travel list again 😊💐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
