Lets start from good to bad: Breakfast. They did the best of all in our 4 weeks! Very good. Loved the omelette!!!! :-) superb!! Please. If a tourist try‘s speaking Cuban Spanish. Asking if he speaks English is strange. Try to understand the pronunciation, we do with your English too! And we might speak a few more. Also, we had a little discussion with the taxi dude, and the lady, speaking English and the mother language, just looked, was not helpful! Maybe not just looking, actively helping your guests would have been appreciated! The smell in our bathroom, what during the day was than the hole room, due to the cleaning staff was, lets say, bad, that could be improved! All in all! Was nice! Thanks for all.

This is the best property in Santiago. Super clean, staff is attentive, it’s family owned, and genuinely nice people. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Good location. Excellent staff. Proprietor could not be more helpful or communicative at all stages. Nice breakfast. Nice room with a.c. Fair value. Two rooms adjacent to bar may suffer from noise but a request to moderate was acted upon immediately.

Great central location! Comfortable, clean rooms with AC, and modern, stylish interior. Rooftop restaurant serving great food. Safe, with someone on the premises available 24/7. Very friendly staff!

The property is very well managed, staff is very co-operative, ambiance is excellent. Overall great deal. I recommend to stay there. It’s value for money.
