quiet hotel. nice room. maybe just my shower who spilled water 20 mins after i closed it, but otherwise very nice stay.

The place was real nice and facilities were great. Although, I’m not satisfied with the cleanliness of the dishes that came with the kitchenette of my hotel room. Location of hotel is convenient as the Mont-Tremblant shopping district is at short drive distance. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was clean and kid friendly.

Kitchen is definitely not a kitchen, it’s just a kitchenette with no pans to cook on. Also pictures of the breakfast were old or inaccurate, nothing hot was available ie eggs. The breakfast pictures show a few warm breakfast options in silver dishes, they’re no longer available. But place was clean and nice. No reason for them to inaccurately depict room/breakfast. Water slide was cold but great.

Many new shops opening soon. While we were there, Cafe Depot was a solid option for sandwiches and soup. Breakfast was very busy, decent selection and variety. I think the waffles were very popular. We travelled with two toddlers for two nights. First night was quite loud, second much quieter. Not unexpected for a hotel stay. Wasn’t actually an issue for us. Kids really loved the waterslide and hot tub. Pool was a little chilly but still nice to have. Close to snow tubing. Ample and easy parking. For food, because Cafe Depot closed at 4 pm, we ordered pizza and it was delivered straight to the room. Coffee, tea, hot water, snacks and were available 24/7 which was very nice and useful. Overall, a nice stay in the Tremblant area!

Room smells..

We arrived and they told us because we were “only staying for two nights” we would not be receiving any house keeping services. We paid over $400 per night and no house keeping = problem #1. #2 was that they said if any need for towels etc to please come down to the lobby to request. And so when we first arrived there was no body soap left, they said they would be right up with a replacement and they did. The woman walked right in no warning and I was undressed in the bathroom. Then the next day house keeping unannounced kept opening our door in the morning to see if we were inside? This was so odd. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable at this hotel. Increasing over priced.

I had a booking from Expedia. The hotel gave us a different room than we booked and paid. They simply blamed Expedia. This first time that I face something like that. It is a horrible place. Breakfast was included to the price. No eggs no bacon or sausages. This is not a breakfast. It seems like everything was fake.

We booked via Expedia, and when we arrived a kind lady in reception led us to our room, just imagine; we were tired of over 7 hours driving and got the room open and saw the room was not cleaned up after the previous guest!!!!! My wife waited in the hall and I went down to reception and explained, she apologized for the polity and gave us another room on another floor ( kind of upgraded but was useless for us) anyway. At the morning I asked the other lady at reception; please let the housekeepers change our sheet because it was hot last nightand I sweate, she said sure, no problem, I asked her again and said so they willdo it right? She said yes yes. we came back the from a short trip around the city in the evening and saw the room was not clean , like nobody came to do housekeeping at all!!!!! Helllllooooo So the kind lady was there again, so I called her, she came, sent a young girl and changed things while we were sitting on the couch and left. She called and offered us an hour using Jakuzi as an apology, but that was not enough to stop me from the low-star review. Also, she said our manager will be back on Tuesday, Dec 5th and we will ask him to call you. But he did not call me ye, until today Dec.12th!

Good, clean room with all the needed basics. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The water slide and hot tub were excellent. $10 extra charge to charge an electric vehicle is a bit steep (no per minute option)

Fast check in and great amenities. Very clean!

Everything was perfect! The one thing that was not up to par was the breakfast. Not a lot of options to choose from and the fruits were rotting. Other than this, perfect!
