I wish the Peloton bike actually worked and that all three treadmills were stable, one was very wobbly. Otherwise, excellent hotel and staff is amazing!!

The hotel and staff were both awesome. The renters at the front desk were all happy and made us feel welcome Also, Simone was excellent, and made us feel very welcome!

No water pressure at the shower. It is at the end of the stay in the morning so not much that could be done. Expensive room for no shower water

We where here for a concert and we walked of close it was! The staff was super friendly! I hate hotel beds but I was so comfortable with this one! The breakfast was amazing, even my kids loved it and they are picky eaters! We could hear the train very often but it was ok we could sleep through it. Really clean and nice hotel!

We booked our residency and had thought it was for an additional day. There was no communication to us on what was supposed to be our final day. No checkout email, no final statement to alert us that our checkout day was a day prior to what we thought we booked. We were at a conference and left at 8:30. As usual unless you say good morning to the front desk, there is never any eye contact or greetings as we passed through every morning. When we arrived back to our room at 3:00, EVERYTHING in our room, including the food and drinks in the fridge were thrown into plastic bags. Shoes thrown in on top of clothes that had been on a hanger were now all together with food, books, clothes and a nice hat that was crushed in the bags. We asked if there was another room, they said no. While we were standing there, we heard conversation that there was a cancellation they received. No mention to us. The desk staff had nothing to say. They gave the man waiting a discount. I have never been humiliated and treated like we were. One of the waitstaff, her name started with F, while we were in the room trying to get things out, she apologized for how the hotel treated our belongings, she was very kind, even though she was the most affected employee. She was delayed in her days work waiting for us to vacate our room. She had more hospitality than the rest of the staff put together.

We had a great stay! Reserved a corner balcony room and it did not disappoint. We were there for Super Bowl and KC won and the entertainment did not disappoint. One recommendations is the room could use more trash cans due to being so large. Only 1 small trashcan was in restroom

We thought this was a great location for our 3-day weekend event at the Kansas City Convention Center. We were able to stay parked in the lot, and walk to the facility without paying for extra parking over there. Our room was very spacious and the breakfast was perfect.

We were in room 405 January 5-7. The water faucet in the tub could be pulled away from the wall. The post-covid policy to charge rate equal to or higher than pre-covid, but provide fewer services is very disappointing. Example, we did not have house keeping services on the only day we could have, which was January 6. Breakfast list indicated oatmeal would be provided, but it was not though the container and condiments for that were on the counter.

Great property overall! Just be mindful you are downtown in a metro area. But also, that means amazing food.

The parking was expensive, but a well lit open lot. The staff were all friendly and competent. The main areas and halls and room all were clean and mostly fresh smelling (some cigarette smoke on the main floor, possible blown in from outside). We walked across the street to a great sports bar, and though it was late and dark, it felt safe. The breakfast in the morning had adequate options, but the eggs and potatoes were both pretty bad, and I’m not picky. The attendant was working hard to keep everything clean and was friendly. Breakfast by far was the least good part of the hotel.

Great Location

I liked the convenience of the tram stop right out front. Great location to the area downtown attractions and convention center. Decent breakfast for early morning risers 6am to 10am. Starbucks located in the building was an added plus. The only thing I would've liked was extra chair in the room and brighter overhead light. Overall a great experience. The staff were outstanding and helpful. We'll be back for a stay in January.

Nice hotel, convenient to the T-Mobile Center if you are attending a concert or event.

We stayed on a cold night the air conditioner leaked cold air, the room was either too hot if the heater was running, or too cold with it off. We were impressed by the restaurants and the venues as well as how close t-mobile center was.

Loved our stay! Loved the area! Staff was great! Only one elevator worked and that slowed everyone’s ascent/decent to their rooms. It wasn’t horrible but also kind of sucked. Breakfast was great as usual.

Pretty sure the room was not cleaned. There was sticky gunk on every surface, bathroom was a mess, front desk attendant was very lazy and unhelpful.

Took over an hour to find a functional room. First two not ready for occupancy, no temperature regulation, non functioning TV. I was shifted from room to room. Staff did all they could with such a poorly maintained facility. Entrance was an alley, Outside parking involved walking across a street, through an alleyway past the dumpster. Far from impressive and not up to the price. Would NOT stay there again nor recommend.
