The premises is nice and well maintained. Although the apartment needs some tlc, cracked glass feature in bedroom, toilet not securely fixed for example. It was shame that I paid extra for a larger bed, only to be told by the management (in person) that all the rooms have the same size bed - so if reading this review please take not that the Queen size bed is the size of a uk double bed!
Took over 2 hours to check in partly because the lift wasn’t working, I felt this check in process could have been sped up by planning before our arrival.
Internet provided at the property drops out often, luckily we had local SIM cards for data.

The property was excellent. Apartment was spacious, clean, good appliances and very comfortable. Location is great, but you need a car, driver or cab to get about. 3 pools, all great condition, clean and well looked after. Nice gym above the cafe. The only 2 things that need addressing would be communication and customer service at the cafe. You need to communicate with your host not the property, which can be awkward. The cafe, let's just say you need to be patient as the service was not great.

I booked a reservation to stay in the Accra Luxury Apartment the Garden. I was charged the higher price for the Accra Luxury Apartment the Garden but was taken to one of their cheaper locations without my knowledge.
I didn’t know I was going to the wrong location because Accra Luxury Apartment arranged for a driver to pick me up at the airport, but the driver never took me to Accra Luxury Apartment the Garden. Instead, the driver took me to Accra Luxury Apartment, the Preal, the cheaper hotel.
If I knew they had switched my hotel, I would have canceled my reservation and stayed at a different hotel. I was unaware and charged for the more expensive Hotel Garden while staying at the cheaper Hotel Preal. I didn’t realize that they put me in the cheaper hotel until the 2nd day of my stay, when I finished having dinner and took an Uber to my hotel. I put the Accra Luxury Apartment Garden address in the Uber app, and when I was dropped off, I realized that I wasn’t staying at the Garden.
After I realized that I wasn’t staying at the Garden. I contacted the Accra Luxury Apartment manager, Hamet to express my concerns and ask to be switched to the hotel I paid for. They never switched me back and I never got the pay difference.

Loved the property and amenities as well as the assigned concierge to help with my check in and give me a tour . Liked the extra security to enter the property ( face recognition) Front desk staff seemed a little disorganized, chatty amongst themselves but all is well after meeting the concierge.

The community with the host was amazing. He was very helpful and kind. Initally we stayed in room A003 which was a very nice unit. I decided to extend our stay and we were moved to room C221. C221 was a complete downgrade. The furniture was worn, stained and faded. The bedside tables were cheap and the wood was peeling. The beds felt like concrete as they were very hard. The kitchen table and living room table had stains. The price was not worth the stay. The good part about the hotel is the host. He was very pleasant and stored our bags.

The neighborhood was very serene and walkable. Safety was never an issue and the people are very friendly. Really did enjoy my stay. The property was very well kept and rooms were very clean

I booked at this property but then when i reached there, they suddenly informed me that my reservation has been moved to other property due to “unforeseen situation” i asked what happened but they kept hiding the reason, I wasn’t told anything, i knew they sold my room to other people, and i was told by some other hosts that this is what they do to other customers, when they get paid more from what you paid. You’ll just be surprised that you’ll be staying to another different property which is not even equal to the property. And i tried to deny the transfer but i was told if i dont want that i should cancel the resevation. In general This was an horrible experience ever

This was the best stay I had in Accra. I will definitely be back pool and garden area is immaculate and restaurant is delicious. Room was clean and also had washer dryer for quick cleaning. Bathroom had a good design clean and relaxing.

An hour before check in, I received email due to maintenance issue, I will be staying at a sister property - Pine Court for the first night and moved back to The Garden the next day. I got to Pine Court in check in and nobody had a clue about this arrangement. And when I say nobody, I mean the security guy. I waited for a good 20-30mins without AC for someone to show up and apologized. Finally checked in and requested if I could stay there for my entire stay instead of moving again to which she agreed. Boy, what a mistake. The AC in one of the bedroom didn’t work. Couldn’t sleep the whole night. Came to “fix” it. It worked for about 30mins and stopped working. I sent a message again. Didn’t get a response until the next day. I decided to check out and spend the final night elsewhere.

The property was clean. The big pool was nice. We were looking for more "luxury" as the name implied, but it was just an average apartment. The body towels were extremely hard and worn out. The rug in the bathroom near the shower got really wet from water coming out shower seams. Paid for daily breakfast in advance, but menu seemed limited. A few of the days they were out of items we wanted so it made ordering difficult since breakfast was paid for in advance. There was a dollar limit per person and the difference paid if a person went over. Wasn't a fan of the washer/dryer combo. Took clothes longer to dry and they still seemed damp.

The coordinator, Mr. Chester, was so kind and customer-oriented to make my stay comfortable, like taking me to a nearby supermarket on the 1st day when I do not know any shops around the hotel.

I like that the host of my apartment (Nana) was very helpful and always communicative. The property was beautiful, clean and had 3 pools (which I liked as a swimmer).
Another great selling point was that the host was in a central location: I got to Labidi beach in 10 minutes, got to MAD club around the same time. It's central to the happening spots and nightlife.
The rooms were clean and the premises pristine as well.

The Expedia booking agent at the location is so horrible. It took him 24hrs to bring us a charger adapter and the one he brought didn't even work. Just to find out the bathroom outlet was an adaptive outlet--the host didn't even know that. Some parts of the apartment is beautiful other parts are horribly unkept.

Waited in the lobby for 45 minutes for the host.
Room was not clean and paint stains all over the stair case. Towels were filthy.
The host who failed to appear at the lobby and caused me to wait, was bothering 3 times about payment and then the type of room even after paying via hotels.com.

Our hostess Ms. Abigail was very attentive, and she communicated with us to confirm we were satisfied and didn't need anything. The residence is spacious, very clean, decor beautiful, housekeeping every day, and wrap around balcony from the living to the 3rd bedroom. The property grounds are beautiful, they have two swimming pools, a restaurant which we enjoyed the service, food, and fresh juices. Of course, we will stay there again.

We booked a two bedroom apartment on Hotels.com. When we arrived we were told that it was not available and they gave two studio apartments instead. We had no choice so had to accept it- our children had to sleep in a separate studio and they not even next to each other. The apartment was basic and cleaned to a reasonable standard but the mattress was so hard and uncomfortable. He had a restless night and were grateful we were leaving in one night!

The proper is in good condition with no problems whatsoever. The property is clean, however communication with the property manager and receptionist is not good. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

Great place to stay when visiting Ghana, property is well kept, rooms were clean, with comfortable beds. Dela, one of the onsite property managers took care of an issue where we had reserved a 3-bedroom apartment, but they were overbooked. Dela resolved the issue by giving us 2 separate rooms, next to each other which ended being a great experience. The hotel is located in a nice part of town and close to everything - shops, restaurants, airport etc. Will stay there again next time am in Ghana.

The place was very nice. I have been traveling to West Africa for the past 15 years, and we were amazed by the quality of accommodations. The host's communication was excellent, and they cleaned our unit daily. There was good Uber service to nearby quality restaurants, and the US and French Embassies were within walking distance. AC was cold, and the toilets were great. Everything else was a welcome bonus.

I strongly don’t advice you to book with them the pictures are différents from what you will have also I booked an appartement of 2 rooms and they gave me 2 studio because they over book all the rooms I had to wait until 8pm !!!!

Everything exceeded expectations and I was really pleased with the room, facilities etc. only one negative - the staff at the cafe were appalling and lack customer service skills. I’d gladly recommend the place to anyone visiting Accra and looking for a well located, clean, modern setup, reasonably priced.

The property is nice and pleasant. Our unit was clean and met all our needs. There are two pools and a fitness center on the property. Generally a good place to stay.
Our host was pleasant. He took care of our luggage until we were able to get our room and after we had checked out.
If you use wash cloths, bring your own.
The unit has a loft-style bedroom on the second level. A person can sleep on the couch downstairs.
An important note that was not clear to me before I booked. Units in this hotel are rented out by individual entities so the front desk probably will be useless to you. You have to contact your host for anything.
Also note that the building is called Embassy Gardens.
Cons.
The restaurant was always out of the dishes we wanted. We resorted to starting by asking what they have. We thought we could have breakfast there before leaving for the day. The best we did was being able to buy a loaf of vanilla tea bread.
I could find only one restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.
You need a taxi to get to everything inluding, restaurants, shopping and cultural sites.
The front desk is not helpful for things as simple as how to get somewhere.
It was difficult to get in contact with the host.
