Great place and near to USJ

The overall stay was great. However, the check-in clerk at the desk was not so friendly to foreigner. After the check in we were given instructions on when and what days each of the restaurants were open to guest. We checked in around 17:00 (5pm), got settled in our room and immediately went to the restaurant and cafe on the first floor. My daughter and I was turned away from a nearly empty restaurant and given the explanation that a reservation is required. I asked if I could make a reservation and was told no that the restaurant is fully booked. I went to the front desk to ask about the reservation and guess what… no reservations are needed for the restaurant! We went back to the restaurant, which is only a few feet away. The guy turned us away again… I had to inform the front desk of the discrimination. The front desk went and spoke to the restaurant door man… who then came out to apologize for being wrong! I noticed he only did that to foreigners as we were given a table near the entrance. Other than that the hotel amenities are great and you can purchase USJ ticket from the hotel.

Clean, convenient, and great food options. I would stay here again. Highly recommend. Train station right across the street and one stop from the park.

This hotel is just 1 subway station away from the USJ. The room is comfy and the public bath is amazingz

Very convenient for Universal Studios (crossing the street, there is the train station, where you can access Universal Studios just one stop ahead). The hotel is perfect; the only negative thing is that it is very far from the centre city and the airport: going by taxi costs a lot, then better to go by train, with few bags. There is also a bus that connects the hotel to the airport, but only in a single daily time.

Rooms are not wheelchair accessible and by access I mean ability to use properly. The property interpreted access as ability to enter room not ability to use any of the washroom or shower facilities. Please remove wheelchair accessible from the room advertising

Convenient location to train station. Could access universal by train or short 15 walk. Clean, modern facility.

Only thing is they charged about 500 yen for bath that wasn’t specified at the beginning but hotel is very nice

Suggestions: Temperature for soup, coffee, and water for tea was only warm not HOT. Would request temperature be raised to improve quality.

We (family with primary school-aged kids) stayed for 3 nights. We had a single bed each and there was plenty of room for luggage. It was quite spacious and comfortable. We also did a load of laundry and the hotel was able to provide 100yen coins for the washer and dryer machines. The staff were all helpful - I asked a fair few questions. The hotel is very close to convenience stores, which is where we got our snacks and meals from. The only thing I will say is that it’s a long walk from the entrance to Universal Studios so we decided to catch one stop to Universal City station and it was a short walk from there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Loved this hotel. All the above was great ,staff so friendly, breakfast was good. Ate dinner at city walk which was a 10 minute walk away or catch the train. So close to universal . Only 1 small thing was the TV only goes up to 35 which is very low volume but no biggy.

We stayed at the Liber Hotel for 3 nights and we had a lovely time. The rooms were a good size as we had 3 in a room, with 3 single beds. The pros were that it was close to Universal Studios with only 1 stop on the monorail; there was a 7-11 close by that was handy for drinks and snacks; and there was a coin operated laundry you could use but be warned that it will take about 90 minutes to dry all your clothes!! Bring plenty of coins! The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a mix of western and Japanese influences. The cons were that there was no gym or pool to use and even though there was an onset, it did not allow people with tattoos which people in our group had. Overall, I would give our stay a 3.5 out of 5.

It was very nice, but we did not realize until we got to Universal that it was the only major hotel that was one transit stop away.

Very comfortable

We chose this hotel since it is a partner hotel for Universal Studios Osaka and we spent 4 nights in Osaka with 2 days in Universal. We got a gorgeous view of the Universal park from our hotel window. You can walk to the park but in the summer, the 15-min walk might be too much. We took the train as it was just the station before this hotel and runs every 10-15 mins. The hotel looks grand and it’s clean. The rooms are spacious (we are a family of 3 with one teenager so we needed 3 beds) and they are generous with the amenities. They replace toothbrushes, slippers, etc. every day. They even have pain relieving packs. However, the laundry area is ALWAYS packed during the tourist season. You have to really stand guard over your laundry otherwise, others will ask the hotel staff to take them away and you might end up with missing stuff. It’s best to do your laundry mid-day or near midnight.

We stayed 3 nights in a Superior Twin Room which came with an extra bed. Room was spacious for the 3 of us and it was very clean. Check-in was quick and easy with good communication and great service. Location of the hotel is right across from the station which is only one stop from USJ. I would definitely stay here again for my next USJ visit.

Great location, next to metro station and close to Universal Studio. Rooms are big and the the laundry room is useful for long time travellers. Both dining venue are good, one buffet on 3F with mix of Asian and western food, the 1F cafe has nice set menu too.
