The hotel is renovating, they cut the water at 9am so no showers or breakfast. Not a good start to the day.

There for a conference, room was in quiet section - not the tower and was looked after well. Conf food n beverage services was good too.

Place was great and the casino is just down the hall. The restaurant in the casino sold chinese food which had huge potions and really good. The waitress was amazing and checked on us often brat service I have had in a long time

The best thing about this hotel was a comfortable bed and good pillows. I stayed for a Monday night while my husband was having surgery. I wasn’t aware that the casino shut down at night and reopens at 930am - I’ve never encountered this at a casino before…and it sort of ruined staying here. I wanted to be able to use the casino before breakfast and heading to the hospital. The main steak restaurant has no ambiance. I took a look inside and knew I couldn’t sit in there for a meal because it had nothing going for it. The hallway (floor 8) smelled like vinegar; I wasn’t sure if it was silicone caulking from the renos or an attempt to cover up some other smell. They are doing renovations on this property, which is a good thing…it’s very, very dated.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were pleasant and very helpful, most of the hotel is renovated, very clean and comfortable. The club floor was a very nice treat with excellent snacks and breakfast. No noise from other rooms. Finding the check in entrance was a little tricky with no signage and construction near it, but other than that small confusion at the start, a really great stay and I'd definitely book again.

Amazing will go again

I was in town for almost two months doing some local business. I stayed as I had my pets and did not want them to move around a lot. I meet many guests during my time there I think they share my sentiments. The front desk staff there are about two nice ones and the rest of them is like rude mean girls club where their answer to anything is no and they act like you they need to be security and scrutinize their guests in bad ways, Irish in particular treated many guests horribly including myself. Then on the opposite, in the lounge, the restaurant the staff were incredible. Led by Deb, Shaina and the others are amazing!! and do what they can to accommodate a guest, but front desk watches them too. Rooms are nice, pool was broken and lots of construction but nice place to stay once you get past the front desk folks. There was two nice ones Steff and a dark haired guy. I understand good help is hard to find but I dont think they do themselves any favors with Irish dealing with customers, I heard complaints from the bar to the gym about her and witnessed it with others and myself. I spent a lot of money between bar, restaurant, hotel and clothes shopping in their boutique, its a shame I have such a bad feeling leaving due to front desk. Go eat and drink there, its lovely and so is the pool when it works. They should hire the lounge staff for front desk and this place would be perfect.
