The Celecton Kurume

The hotel is relatively new so everything was still well maintained. The staff were helpful and the check in and check out process was fuss free. Good sized room and the location was great.

As my first stay in Japan, the Celecton Kurume was a very pleasant hotel during my time there. The staff was instantly accommodating when my flight was delayed and I ended up arriving an hour after check-in was accepted, but the staff graciously waited for me to arrive so I wouldn't be deserted. After that, all the rest of the staff have been very welcoming to me, even though I'm not too fluent in Japanese, and they provided excellent breakfast choices every morning. I stayed for a week and the atmosphere remained feeling clean and safe. I want to say thank you to everyone working there! I hope I can come back again someday :)

Small but comfortable. The number of parking lots is not enough (only a few), I need to park outside and ned to pay.

It is a nice hotel to spend a few days and explore Kurume, since it's close to one of the main stations. Our room was nice if a bit small for two, but we noticed some stains in the bathroom when we arrived, nothing too alerting. We could hear our next door neighbours pretty much any time they spoke a bit loud, so it all comes to luck whether they happen to be quiet and go to bed early. I might not recommend it if you're a light sleeper.
