Central Hotel Garni

Great hotel in a great location. Unfortunately for us and no fault of the hotel, the road outside was closed to transport as they were digging it up with very loud machinery. This meant we couldn’t park at the hotel as previously booked and became quite stressful trying to find a public parking garage. The hotel’s location was perfect and everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. My only negative experience is the pillows, huge bags of air that no matter how many times you tried to fold or stuff into some semblance of firmness, you sank through it like a half deflated balloon or marshmallow, as my husband referred to it. We both woke up with stiff and sore necks and shoulders. Other than that, no complaints and would choose to stay here again.

This hotel was functional and well located. Everything was clean and well maintained. Only the room was a little small, not much more room than the two twin beds.

This property needs renovation. Parking on premises is not very convenience; location and breakfast are good.

This is a charming hotel. We were only there for one night on our way from Vienna to Amsterdam. It was a convenient walk from the train station and a short block to a great tapas cafe, where the food was delicious and the staff great! The hotel was good for our stay except there is no air conditioning and there was no fan. We slept with the window open. The staff was friendly and helpful.
