Very clean property that is located in a good location with proximity to Vineyards, Harper’s ferry and restaurants. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom was also very clean. Front desk staff were friendly who immediately accommodated our early check-in request. We went to Breaux Vineyard and in the evening went to a nearby Mexican restaurant Adele’s Texmex. Absolutely loved the veggie fajitas and chimichangas. Food was fresh, healthy and very tasty! Today we plan to go on a hike at Harper’s ferry! Would definitely book this hotel again!

When I booked this hotel, I thought it was 15 minutes from Harpers Ferry, but my GPS said otherwise. In a mild panic, I called to try and determine if I had accidentally booked the wrong hotel. I am pleased to say that if I had spoken to probably anyone else I might have canceled right then. Your hotel is extremely fortunate to have Sue as an evening hostess. She not only was able to reassure me that I had not booked the wrong hotel, but there was road construction which accounted for the rerouting delay. Then she went above and beyond to assist me with an early check in and arranged for a first floor room. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and checking in was a breeze. We asked about a local restaurant for dinner and again the Mexican restaurant she recommended was fantastic and the food yummy. When we returned each evening we were warmly greeted and we chatted about what to see and do the following day. We will definitely return, this hotel is convenient to many of the historical venues located in close proximity. Sue was definitely one of highlights of our trip.

Clean room, basic amenities, hot breakfast, indoor pool and fitness center, and convenient location provided a good, no-frills experience for a weekend away. Rates were reasonable for a weekend. Noise from guests and slamming doors can be a bit of an issue. Seriously, why are all hotel doors so loud?

Great experience, the hotel was modern and felt brand new clean with many perks: high-speed Wi-Fi, complementary breakfast, aesthetically pleasing styled hotel and room layout, ample parking, secure and safe, great location, great staff, and incredibly clean.

The first thing when you walk in,you see how spotless clean and smell nice it is.The staff was helpful as well as professional and friendly.Even though it was a very busy weekend for the hotel,the staff atteneded to our every need.The breakfast items would be running low ,(as it was very crowded) but the staff kept refilling working very hard to attend to everyone..no wait more than a few minutes on anything,always smiling .Real comfortable room with great beds and pillows .Even if the indoor pool isnt heated ,the room is so the water was o.k. to swim in.We will definetley be back!!

Check in and out was a quick and easy process. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious. The hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and had a nice selection to choose from.

Liked everything about this property. Had a little trouble with the tub draining properly. Would recommend putting a safety bar on the wall INSIDE the shower area for older folks. I would go back and stay for sure.

The Holiday Inn express is very clean. It’s newer so it’s updated. The rooms are nice and there are great breakfast options. The staff are very sweet especially Sue.
