The property is set in a beautiful, quiet location with magical surroundings. The beach, shops, amenities and everything you need are nearby. The owner Babis is very welcoming and helpful too. This place is amazing and I will come back again one day.

We stayed 3 nights in a studio on the top floor, with terrace facing the sea. The studio was comfortable and spacious, with equipped kitchen (even if coffee and sugar would have been appreciated). Thumbs up also for the bathroom. Babis is super welcoming, kind and energetic host who gave use different advices on the area. The location is good: 5 minutes walking from the beach and all services (e.g. supermarket, cafes), 10 minutes from the city centre. Free parking is available on the street. The neighborhood is quiet and immerse in the nature.

Since the building is new, an elevator would be much appreciated

The owner is extremely kind and helpful. The structure is brand new but with all the amenities you expect from a traditional Greek studio. So it’s perfect. The position is great to visit all west Crete. You couldn’t ask for better.

Very comfortable apartment with free parking situated in a rural area that is quiet and relaxing but still pretty close to coffee, supermarket and the beach. Babis is a welcoming and cheerful host that gives tons of infos about everything that you can do around the area and more. Very much recommended and lots of love to the wonderful kittens!

perfect place to visit the beaches in west Crete

A very light and spacious room with a good balcony in a pleasant block set amongst gardens with a sea view , and windows on two sides to allow the cooling breeze to blow through.

The apartment was clean and in a good position: 300 m to the beach, in a walking distance from the centre of Kissamos (supermarkets and restaurants) and relatively close by car to wonderful beaches (Elafonissi, Balos and many others). There was cleaning service and our stay was excellent, especially because of the host, who gave us recommendations on places to visit, restaurants and so on and being always available to help at any time! After my experience, I would definitely recommend a holiday staying at Callista to spend a wonderful time in Crete.

Really, nothing was bad, no negative points.

* Incredible balcony view, almost 360 degrees, of the whole bay and the mountains too. Nice little table and chairs you can move into and out of the sun as you like. * Babis was really fast to respond and very helpful for any questions and needs we had. A really friendly guy. He also gave us a little gift of some local honey and yoghurt. * Our bed sheets were changed every three days and the bins collected every day. The cleaning lady was very friendly. * Comfy bed, ample space and very decent bathroom.

I would say that Babis is the perfect host. he would do everything in his power to accomodate anything you need and is always there the answer all the questions that you have. The bonus part was that during our stay, it was my wife’s birthday and he surprised us with a free cake (which was delicious) For sure 100% next time we’ll be in Crete we will stai again at Callista! ευχαριστώ Babis for everything!

Really nice and friendly owner Babis. Totally spotless. 15 mins walking distance to the town beach and all the tavernas/bars. 20 mins driving to Falasarna and Balos. Sea view rooms are on the top floor, so book in advance to get them if you are expecting one.

Water pressure in the evening, and I missed blinding curtain for the entrance.

The owner/staff was amazingly kind and they let us check in even before the arrival time + helped us with everything we needed. The room itself was cozy and super clean. There is a lovely cat (Spitha) there who owns the whole area :D

The apartements are very clean and close to the center of kissamos, 5 mins by car. We really appreciated everything: the bed is super comfy, air conditioning and the terrace with sea view. Then just a few words for Babis the owner who makes your stay better than expected. Very helpful in suggesting excursions in the area. Highly recommended!

The host was super nice helping us getting out of a stranded situation. We booked accidently the wrong date and he was so kind and flexible to rearrange and accommodate us. The room was clean and tidy, everything we expected. Would really recommend to stay!

The place is well located, you can walk to the harbor and to the city center! Our room had a great terrace with sea view and everything you need! Babis was very kind and helpful, he gave us suggestions and we could easily organize our trip to Balos with him!

Great staff. Nice building and nice apartment with modern furniture. Location close to the center and the beach (10 minutes walk). Parking available in front of the building. Nice garden with lots of flowers. If the washing machine is not in the apartment, the landlord Babis will take care of collecting the laundry (no idea about eventual additional costs). Clean bathroom and kitchen. We had some ants along the sink but we found the anti ant spray below the sink. Problem solved in 4 minutes. Private backyard with a nice garden. Babis has been so kind and helpful the whole time, really great guy! Babis welcomed us with local yogurt and honey, lovely welcoming. Thank you.

Make sure you bring some cash to pay for additionals requested later in place. Towels could have been more (1 extra per person) since the change is every three days.

Babis is an amazing host, always avaialable for any info, and great tips to visit the best beaches and restaurant around Crete. The apartment it's clean, tidy and in a quiet position near the centre of Kissamos and the terrace is lovely. I definetely reccomend Callista to anyone.

Apartment is beautiful, very equipped with many details to fulfill guests needs. Babis is great host, open, positive, he gave us many advices where to go and what to see. Location is perfect point and I would recommend to everyone who wants to visit the most beautiful beaches on the Crete (Elafonisi, Falasarna and Balos). I highly recommend!
