Youroom Vite

Great location, access was straightforward once you get your head around the instructions (you have to have a mobile/device with data). Communication was all on WhatsApp and was prompt and helpful. The room (Superior Triple) was exactly as expected from the photos online - yes, it really is that red/purple/black colour scheme in real life. There was an issue with the hot water on our arrival, so we didn't actually stay in this room overnight - they kindly moved us to another of their properties nearby. The property we moved to was Yourroom Coppelle, and we would definitely stay there again. The room we stayed in was a higher nightly rate (though we were upgraded for free), but was a better room in a better building (primarily the decor and flooring), so next time we'll just book there up front. The outlook/view of the original room was better than the one we stayed in, but it's Rome, so we didn't spend much time in the room anyway.

Great location

Communication with hotel staff was quite different. We never met anyone in person. However, any questions we had were answered in a promptly manner via WhatsApp and overall and they assayed us to get ground transportation to the airport. Great location!

I stayed here for four nights in August and had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything I needed, both before and during my visit. I was allowed to check in early, which was a huge help and something I really appreciated. The rooms were nice, and the air conditioning worked well. The listing stated that the rooms were soundproof, though I wouldn't quite agree with that; I could hear voices from the room next door and from the street, and sounds from the hallway were clearly audible inside the room. However, the area is very central yet quiet; there was little noise considering Via del Corso is just around the corner. The fridge wasn't very cold, but otherwise, it was a very nice stay.
