The clerk made mistakes which delayed us significantly. The elevators did not work the following morning. Noisy children in hallways.

Everythingh was almost perfect! Just the smoking area is not too great Its basically in the street(50% unsafe) People pass by and ask you for cigarrtte(anytime) The shower bahroom was flooring

It was great, property is clean and it looks like newly renovated, we got a 1 bedroom with 2 queens and a sofa bed. I got to sleep in sofa bed and let my family stayed in the room, but man! That was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Complimentary breakfast was awesome and on top of that their coffee tastes great, unlike other hotels or restaurants that taste like nothing. The only cons is, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and all guests had to wake up step outside on a very cold night and turns out it was false alarm, according to some guests, it’s because of some folks smoking weeds in one of the rest rooms. I have never experienced that before and I felt so bad for the kids.

When we were there we had 2 fire alarms. These people smoked weed at the second floor and were told are people from outside. This triggered an alarm at close to 11pm and we jumped out of bed. They said this story and which shows lack of proper security around this property. We were there for 4 nights and we were scared with a small kid. Hotel is new but location is a question.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay. The hotel is close to shopping mall, restaurants and bars, everything is in walkable distance. We booked the one bedroom suite for two kids and three adults. Beds are comfy and the suite was spacious. Breakfast was delicious and plenty.

Wonderful helpful & friendly staff! Great pillows and beds plus the contemporary kitchens are a great amenity.

Recently renovated

AWESOME, is the word that I can add to describe the hotel that already has earned the rating of, “Superb”. My wife, son and I enjoyed the roomy, well appointed, updated and very clean room. Our room was a suite, with a well equipped kitchenette/dining area. It had a large rectangular shape table with bench/chairs combination of seating, which we really liked. The updated heating and a/c unit kept our living quarters comfortable during the duration of our stay. The attractive restroom, had more than enough towels, which can’t be said about a lot of other hotels these days. Justine was a gracious host at the guest greeting area, who allowed us to check in an hour or so earlier to aid us in the preparation of our Griffith Observatory/Universal Studios visit. At the end of our stay, the staff was super helpful in getting us checked out and on our way. I don’t often give reviews, but I could not resist this opportunity. We are very appreciative for the welcoming stay and look forward to future endeavors with this hotel close in mind.

The hotel is great，just the parking is a little expensive 35 per day

Lovely hotel overall. There are lots of pros and only one con, but the con was a biggie for me (but maybe not for others) so here we go.... Pros.....incredibly friendly staff, they always greeted us whenever we were coming or going. Easy parking, $35/day which isn't bad in Glendale. Nice breakfast as well, lots of different options. Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. We asked that we be in a room away from elevators or noise since I am a light sleeper and they put us in a very quiet room so that was a bonus. The only Con was the water pressure and that's a biggie for me since I have long hair. The bathroom faucet was pretty much a joke and it took forever for me to clean my face because of the small amount of water coming out of it. The shower had such awful water pressure that it literally took me 5 minutes to wash out the shampoo (which kind of defeats the purpose of water-saving shower heads, right?). When I travel, we don't spend too much time in the room. We really just want a nice, clean hotel where we can sleep comfortably and have a nice shower. 2 out of 3 isn't bad, and maybe for some a good shower isn't that important. But for me, it's kind of a deal breaker. Would we stay here again? It's possible, but we are going to give the surrounding hotels a try first to see how those are compared to this one.

The location is excellent and overall the property was clean. We stayed 4 days and they don’t offer room service except for in the third day. We stayed for four days. No one came by to clean our room the entire time. We mentioned it to the front staff, the response was “ well it may or may not be on the third day, it’s random”. Even after we mentioned it, nobody took the initiative to have house keeping clean our room. Didn’t really feel like the front staff cared at all, spoke with three seperate people about this issue and they just stared at me and gave an excuse about why the room was not cleaned. Although location was good would probably not stay here again. I felt very ignored by the front staff.

Great location and super clean property and attentive staff!

This hotel is honestly one of the best hotels we have stayed at as a family! Nice rooms with a kitchen! And when you’re traveling with young kids a fridge is sooo nice! And the breakfast exceeded my expectations! Usually it’s just some random yogurt and cereal. This place put on a very nice spread for it being complementary with your stay. The hotel is in walking distance to a lot of nice shops and a mall. I will definitely be coming back to stay!

Very good location and clean and beautiful remodeled but in 3 nights 4 days no room service even not providing new towel, no sheets changed

Rude staff, we were told parking is 35$ but in our Expedia itinerary was 25$. I told the receptionist that it is 25$ per night and he laughed at me and said you should check the website , it is 35$ and i showed him our itinerary.

Conveniently located w/in walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

We were comfortable, check-in area was conveniently close to parking area, lobby and breakfast areas were quiet, clean and looked well maintained, spacious rooms with large windows for brightness during the day, king size bed plus sofa bed meant no cramping close to one another, fairly spacious bathroom and breakfast offered a good food and drink selection.

Room was appropriately sized for 4 people with a full kitchen. Staff was very accommodating and they let us check in early.

We had a wonderful stay and were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed time in the pool. The staff was very friendly all around. Highly recommend. ***I would remind guests when checking in to keep one key card to exit the garage at checkout - guests were stuck at the gate and it caused a jam on the sloped exit.
