Everything was PERFECT! The room was super nice and the hotel was too. The front desk worker, Kristin, was amazing! She even remembered my name when I saw her the next morning! She went above and beyond helping us get checked in and I was super impressed. The hotel is very close to Broadway and we walked there and to Nissan Stadium. It was close to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel. BTW, I rarely write reviews, but after the way we were treated by Krisiten, when checking in and the next day, and by how nice and large the rooms were. Also, the valet workers were so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to help make our stay even more fun, by allowing us to leave our car parked a little bit longer so we could go sight seeing and eat lunch. I give the total stay 10 out of 10! If we come to Nashville again. We will absolutely be staying there and I hope we get to! Thank you for making this family trip a great one!

Great place! Friendly staff and walking distance to Downtown.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly. Checking in was easy. Hotel was close to Nissan stadium so we were able to easily walk to the concert we were attending there.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Parking was expensive but not more than the going rate in Nashville. Walking distance to Broadway.

OH MY I was impressed. We had a suite, it was huge and beautiful with a corner balcony, very clean and I could have stayed there past my time it was so comfortable. Would I return? Of course without a doubt!!!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that our room had a full kitchen. We were just passing through and only stayed one night (and it was cold outside) but I would have liked to have stayed a few nights and walked to Broadway where all the action is, walked along the river and spent more time at the hotel. The location is great with easy access to it all! Breakfast was superb and even though we are vegetarians, there was plenty to eat!

We had a great stay. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Broadway is a 10 minute walk, Printer's Alley is 5 minutes. If you get tired of Broadway, Germantown is just north, about 10 minutes or so depending on where you're going. Bascially, a really great location tucked back a bit from all the action.

Kind staff, helpful and friendly. Some loud neighbors on my floor but otherwise great room and staff!
