The staff was super friendly and check in was fast. The hotel had beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. But for the price, I was really surprised that our king size room didn’t have a microwave. We didn’t realize that until our late arrival after the show we went to a d we couldn’t heat up the food we had in the mini fridge. There’s a microwave in the main lobby downstairs but who in the world wants to use that instead of one in the privacy of their room. Also, no breakfast was offered…not even basic muffins, bagels, oatmeal, or anything like that. They even have a restaurant on site but it wasn’t open for breakfast. Again, at that price point, and though the room was nice and comfy, we wouldn’t book here again. Microwaves and basic breakfast offerings are 101 stuff that you can even get at motels. I expected those things after paying almost $200 for 1 night here. Such a bummer.

I will definitely be staying here again so comfortable. The front desk girl was so nice and her customer service was great.

I love ALoft as a single traveler because of the bar, pool table, descent workout facility and nice lobby. Check in staff was excellent… very friendly and inviting.

Clean & Trendy open concept rooms

I checked into my hotel around 3 pm . I get to the room and the room I got had not been clean yet . I was in a rush and had to leave the house keeping came in and cleaned it while I was gone . The point is I should have not been given a room that was dirty and was not cleaned at 3:00pm when check in starts .

The one night we stayed was ok. I liked the decor and bar area. Our room was really cute and cozy. Shower action was on point:). Ther are many restaurants and stores to go to just minutes away. We were on the 2nd floor and had to go to the fourth floor for ice. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We would definately stay again!!

"My hotel experience was excellent. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a welcoming and pleasant fragrance. The front desk clerk was warm, inviting, and very pleasant. The room was impeccably clean, and the service was efficient. The only downside was some noise from the room above in the morning due to stomping. Despite that, my overall stay was wonderful. This will definitely be my go-to hotel every time I visit the Woodland area."
