Room was great. Bathroom was complete opposite. 2 used bars of soap were in shower (which is unusual because the bathroom only has liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner) dirty towel hanging in Bathroom. Hair on a clean towel. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and professional.

Alex in the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were exhausted from our trip and she was so energetic, it felt nice to feel welcomed.

The only meh thing is having to pay for parking... it should be included for hotel guests.

Awesome place. Great location. We had a little glitch when we first got there. I had accidentally booked two rooms. I could not find my confirmation number. I called the hotel and they could not find my reservation, so I booked another room. The man at the front desk (sorry I do not remember his name) was able to cancel one of the bookings without any penalties or fees. Needless to say, service was awesome.

Nice, newer hotel with very compact rooms. No microwave in the rooms. Room darkening shade was great, as was the small nightlight in the bathroom.
Breakfast was a disappointment - super hard eggs and weird sausage - I've never seen breakfast yogurt come out of a machine??? They did have cereals, breads and juices plus a pancake maker. No fresh fruit? Coffee is available all the time.

It’s a very minimalist hotel. Trendy. We liked it just fine. Nice staff. I was kind of bummed there were no cups in the room, and not much space (flat surfaces) to put my stuff

After a long day, I tried to check in to this hotel at 10pm. When I arrived I was told that my room had a mechanical issue and that I was being moved to another hotel. When I asked why I was not made aware of this before now, they apoligized. I had to go down the street to a Hampton inn to check into a room. For the two days I was there, I had to listen to the person above me late night and early morning sound like they were running on a treadmill. It was an awful experience. Will rethink Hilton for future stays.

We enjoyed the great location and friendly stay. We extended our stay from 1 day to 3 days, so we were missing the usual amenities, like a coffee maker and microwave, available for use in the room. Otherwise, the room was wonderful.

Housekeeping didn’t clean the bathroom. Floor wasn’t swept, dirty towel left behind from the previous stay of someone else.

The bathroom was flooded after a shower.. I guess there was a Karen in the room next to me who kept saying my music was to loud or my conversation with my guest was to loud I mean I rented the room to relax take a nice bath but yeah... Not so relaxed I had to be quiet to respect the other guests but they were complaining about everything I did and it wasn't so pleasant.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the State Farm stadium and the Tanger Outlet mall. It is litterally across the street! :-)
The hotel is very clean and parking is complimentary. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby is very open and accomodating. They have a foosball table and a hockey game and also TVs if you're lounging around in the lobby.

I was in town for a comedy show at in the Westgate Entertainment District, and this was a great place to stay. Every member of the staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful. No complaints.

Very clean, close to everything. Ne t door to Cardinals stadium, the outlet shops. Making this my hotel when I come to town, and I go about five or six times per year.

I have nothing to complain about this hotel, Tru by Hilton. Everything went well. Most importantly, the wife was satisfied. She’s my biggest critic on hotel choices and I passed this test with flying colors. If you love a hotel without carpet, this is the one. Very comfortable room, loved the bathroom. Parking is easy and you have the Tanger Outlets just across the parking lot. Across the street to the east are many restaurant and entertainment choices within walking distance. This hotel did not disappoint in any way.

This is a 5 star experience for a 2 star option. Everything you need but just no frills. It is exceptional for attending one of the many entertainment venues with an option for outlet shopping for alternate entertainment. We thought the beds were extremely comfortable and would definitely stay again or seek out other hotels of this brand.

Our stay was great, faculty was very nice. Room was nice. The only fault in the room was the wire hider that ran along the wall, the glue had come undone so it was hanging off the wall.
