Amazing renovations to make this a cosy community pub with modern facilities. Stairs to room narrow and steep as expected but we arranged our requirements in smaller bags to accommodate. The whole team made us feel welcome with Matt ensuring everything ran smoothly while the in house chef created a changing and inventive menu for lunch and dinner with a home cooked breakfast included in the rate
Everything was very comfortable except steep stairs to room but that gave access to rooms with a view over the village

Great stay for what we needed, which was a pub that served great food, where we could role into bed, then have a brilliant breakfast the morning after....

Exceptional service.
I had to leave at stupid o clock and the owner very kindly made my wife and I some food to go the night before.
The dinner was wonderful and such a quaint little place. Would definitely recommend
