Excellent room, lovely staff, Stephanie the young bar manager was very friendly.

We were given the wrong type of room, which according to the hotel was the fault of hotels.com. It could not be changed because the hotel was fully booked. The sliding bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way, and the toilet seat broke. I won’t be using hotels.com again (nor the hotel) and will be requesting my money back.

Very clean, excellent stay.

Well located, fairly clean, good attention of some of the staff, some other not a very good attendee from some of the reception employees, we had a problem with a package delivered at the hotel locker, we asked tow of the ladies at the front desk, with no worriness on their side of the problem, unitl Cynthia on sunday helped us to get the package, understanding we were on a fligth that same day. Breakfast is not very well presented, a lot of times there were no fruit, scramble eggs were ugly and some other details at breakfast. When we got to the room the toilett was dirty, looks like someone droped some dirt on it. There are some red light on on the ceiling of the room that at night they are very unconfortable. And even with the AC off there was alot of noise on the AC storage all night, hasrd to have a good sleep

This was a great experience ! We will definitely be staying here on future visits to the Woodlands!

Great location close to shopping and restaurants

The room was nice. The shower had some mold in it. The location is great plenty of restaurants within walking distance. My room was next to the electrical room, which was a loud hum throughout the night.

I had a two night staycation here and it was really great, enjoyed every minute. It's close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping. The room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in staff was very friendly. Breakfast was really good...fresh! Better than the majority of places I have stayed. Nothing fancy, but fresh and plentiful. Highly recommend♡♡

20/10! Amazing! Best hotel we’ve probably ever stayed in! Only thing we could note is to add a larger trash can to the suites! But other than that everything was perfect

very nice stay. Bed was comfortable, shower was great, Breakfast was good. No complaints.

Coffee pot spilled coffee everywhere when trying to pour. Pillows were so old, hard, and wore out. Long black hairs on the floor and in the shower on the floor.

Great location, and walking distance from AMC theater and Dave n Busters, and other little shops. We did have to change rooms at bedtime, when another guest had a whimpering dog in a nearby room, which just went on and on so they put us on a different floor so that we could sleep. I thought the clerk handled it very well, and it was very nice that she accommodated us so promptly. Would stay here again.

I had my aircon/vents whatever off throughout my stay. The thing comes on constantly making sooooooo much noise and constantly waking me up throughout the night. If not for this it would be 5*. The breakfast isn't so good but in comparison to other stays throughout The Woodlands, they're all pretty much the same. The pool is nice and cold. The hot tub was very nice and hot... I have stayed at Marriott's which doesn't heat their hot tubs... I have stayed in a few places throughout the Woodlands and I doubt I'll be back here.

Great experience

At first glance, the hotel was in great shape and very clean. Front desk staff was very attentive and friendly. However we ran into a problem on our first full day. We went to grab a shower and the water kept getting hotter and hotter. All of a sudden it was scolding hot! So we turned it off and turned it back on with only the cold water. Literally no cold water was coming out, it was still scalding hot so we turn it back off and my husband gets out to check the sinks to see if it was just the shower. Nope, only scalding hot water coming out of those too. Mind you I’m just chilling in the shower with shampoo still in my hair! I’m starting to get shampoo in my eyes so I decide to try and get just my head in the water to rinse it out but could only do it for a few seconds due to the unbearable hotness. I ended up getting out with shampoo in my hair. We called down and they said they would send maintenance up. That took 45 minutes! The maintenance guy comes in with a very accusatory tone asking us if we had the water on cold or hot. Rudely explains that we are on the 4th floor and that we’re not going to get any “cold” water. Then he tells us you have to barely turn the water on and keep it on the cold setting and slowly turn it to hot or else it will be scalding hot. Ummmm… how were we supposed to know that?! He was very rude and yelled the whole time he was in our room. I honestly wanted to cry when he left. That whole experience ruined our night. Also the breakfast isn’t good

Hotel is nice with some beautiful paintings everywhere. However, room was super hot all night as for some reason the thermostat did not want to click on the AC automatically. We kept having to get up and turn it down to get it to turn on. Fans in the room would have been helpful. Shower leaked as the seal was broken. Breakfast was subpar. Eggs were like rubber. In fact, they even look like cut pieces of egg, rather than being fluffy and natural. Eggs had no flavor either.

Worst hotel breakfast I have ever had.

They didn't have the room we selected. A/C was very noisy and water in the bathroom leaked. People were very nice.

Great staff and property

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I’ll return for future visits. It was safe, clean, and easy to access. The breakfast was good too.

This property was okay for what it was. The service was good as far as friendliness with the people checking us in. But we stayed for 5 days/4 nights and nobody ever came to clean up the room. I understand one of those days was Christmas- but we stayed for 2 more nights after and no one ever came despite us requesting it. The showers also had bad pressure and didn't stay hot for too long. There was a constant buzzing that never went away in the room, we were told it's the dehumidifier and there was no way to turn it off. That was awful for my fiance who is a very light sleeper. Overall, I don't think I'd stay here again nor recommend it to family or friends.
