We loved the double rooms we stayed in on our last few days in Japan. It was clean and had enough space for eight of us. We especially love the big table in the room to sit and have a meal that we prepared or just sit down for a conversation. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We also like how convenience it was to catch the subway to the airport from this apart hotel. It was a little pricey though but we would consider it again for future stays.

Staff was great. Luggage forwarding to another Mimaru was excellent. I highly recommend using that service if traveling outside Tokyo.

The location is amazing. Very easy 5 min walk to the Kaminarimon gate and the shopping area!!
Lots of food around .. and having a Family Mart on the ground floor of the hotel is just a life saver , esp for families with kids that needs quick food / drinks/ snacks/ breakkie/ umbrellas!
The hotel itself is very comfortable, safe, clean and we all were super comfortable from day 1. I didn’t bring my hair straightener, I could hire from them.. free of charge! You could also hire rice cooker, toaster and a few other things , which is so handy!
They have a kiosk thing, to call for taxis easily! The train station is just 2-3 min walk away. Staffs there are just theeeee besssstttttt!!! They’re warm, very friendly , helpful and we just felt so welcomed whenever we see them at the reception!
I would most definitely stay this place again and again for my future trips !
