Awesome place

It was great the rooms were clean they had good cable channels and it was plenty of space in the room we were in

We loved our stay at Belfry House. Had we known what a great restaurant they had, we would have booked in advance. Very friendly staff, impeccably clean, nice little extras.

Staff was very friendly and hotel accommodations were great.

The two issues that prevented me from an Excellent rating was that there were only 7 marked parking spaces and 3 handicap parking spaces, but there were 12 guest rooms. We had to park in a grass area. Luckily it did not rain during our stay. Our room did not have a closet or hangers to hang clothes or jackets. I have never stayed in a guest room that did not have a closet.

My husband and I stayed here last week on our wedding night! The room was beautiful and perfect to what we needed. There were many surprising and delightful complimentary items, from breakfast muffins in the lobby, to a bottle of wine and chocolates in the room. I only wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the facilities and the cute outdoor patio! Would highly recommend!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. LOVED the heated bathroom floors. Complimentary muffins, wine, drinks and snacks were fantastic. We will definitely be back when our travels take us to Lake Geneva.

The Belfry House is stunning and serene. The decor, while clearly luxurious, is simple and elegant, never overly precious or ostentatious. The rooms are airy, clean, spacious and comfortable -- if you're looking to have one of those stays where you don't really leave the room much, you'll find that you have everything you need and then some. The staff members we encountered seemed to genuinely be as happy to be there as we were. This is a get-away in the truest sense of the term. Our stay at the Belfry House involved a minimum of interaction with staff and none at all with other guests, to the point where we felt, especially after hours, like we had the place to ourselves... not in a bad way, certainly, but if your idea of comfort involves being able to see a McDonalds and a gas station from your hotel room window, you may feel a bit isolated. (Again, we were fine iwth it.) Thoughtful luxuries (heated bathroom floor, fireplace, free snacks and beverages) abounded, as did common-sense extras (well-written instructions on using the coffee-maker, a binder full of recommendations for local sights and restaurants). Our stay felt gently but carefully curated, in the best possible way. One tiny gripe: the place needs more parking. I counted seven or eight parking spaces in the front (plus handicapped spots), and I know the Belfry House has more than eight rooms. The parking for the nearby Belfry Music Theater was also available, but it's a bit further away.

We had an amazing time. Everything looked brand new. Easily the best kept place we’ve ever stayed!

This place was phenomenal!!! Everything was perfect from the staff, our dinner at the Opus, the room itself….everything!!! Their attention to the small little special details was amazing! We felt so comfortable and cozy all while experiencing a Wisconsin snowstorm during our stay at the Belfry House. We would highly recommend this place to others. What a special treat!!!!

I have nothing negative to say about The Belfry House. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, check in was smooth, they even hand wrote a personal card welcoming us. The building was in pristine condition. You could tell they take pride in this hidden treasure. Everything was so charming and luxurious at the same time. They had the room staged with the fireplace going as well. Everything was very clean and the heated floors in the Premier Suite were a nice touch. I will definitely be visiting again soon!

This was how my wife and I brought in 2023 new year. Always visited Lake Geneva, but never intimate accommodation. Absolutely stunning boutique hotel, but rather described a home away from home that’s offer highlights of grandeur. We looked forward soon this fall.

Beautifully decorated. Over the top comfortable bed with a mountain of pillows. Spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower. Large, absorbent bath towels. On and on.
