We were staying a week. We put the sign out to clean and it was not cleaned for 3 days!! We had to go to the front desk to get clean towels!

Charges posted to credit card for room even though I had prepaid for room with reservation thru Hotels.com.

We picked this hotel because it was pet friendly and we were in town for a friend's wedding. We were disappointed to find out that you cannot leave your dog unattended in the room. Even though we booked through Hotels.com, I called La Quinta directly to verify that it was in fact pet friendly and the representative confirmed it was but didn't mention the fact that you couldn't leave pets unattended in the room. We had to bring our dog with us to the wedding and leave him in the car with the windows cracked. Thankfully, the weather was great, but it was an added concern for us since we had to make sure to check on our dog throughout the wedding. It would be helpful to add that pet restriction to the website, so travelers with pets are aware of it. Additionally, we found two snack packs under the nightstands. One was opened and the other unopened, so I don't think the rooms are cleaned thoroughly in between guests.

Everything was very good. The only hiccup was the guest laundry facility. We had to go the c-store to get quarters as the front desk didn’t have any. One of the dryers wouldn’t work (wouldn’t accept quarters, made them aware). Washed one more load the night before leaving and the other dryer would not work. Person at front desk was not helpful or concerned at all, offered no suggestions for an out of state visitor. We were finally able to get the machine to accept our quarters with some effort. Other than that issue, our stay was very good. All other staff were very friendly, the person attending breakfast offered to get us items when we came to breakfast close to the ending time, which was not necessary for her to do but very nice for her to offer. The housekeeping staff was very nice, always clean towels and garbages emptied. Will stay there again.

Property and stay was good. I have no issue with that stuff at all.
I do have an issue with when I checked in, they even said “I see you reservation is pre-paid”, then they tried to charge me over $100 for each room (I reserved 2 rooms). When I told them, they said that “the system inadvertently charged your rooms this charges”. What? Anyway, we’ll see if it gets fixed. Just make sure you check your charges on the room.

Hot water was randomly scalding in the shower. Sink water never got warm. There is a stupid door stop as soon as you step out of the shower that could kill ya!

We were there for a job at the copper sky park , We are not happy we needed our REST on Sunday fire alarms went off at 5:45 am after that alarms went off 3 more times!!!
We want to be compensated for the inconveniences.

Area to improve: breakfast, skimpy, generic. No real coffee, only decaf available. No eggs or protein choice. For the $, disappointed we had to go elsewhere to get coffee and breakfast.

The staff member at the front desk named Ken was very unprofessional I explained to him that he gave me a handicap room and he said that it doesn't matter because all the rooms sleep the same I informed that I had a preference but he argued with me saying that it doesn't matter. I feel since I paid that high price for that room I should get what I paid for. The guy was very very difficult. I just kept the room and left it as that

My reservation was wrong. I reserved a wheelchair accessible room with rolling shower, but that didn’t happen. Was told there was nothing that could be done about it. Breakfast was disappointing.

The rooms were clean and spacious. It was quiet and right across from the sports complex where our kids had a tournament. Very convenient.

The hotel was very nice but after checking out we notcied our card was charged twice for our stay. We called back and the staff said it was there fault because of a system flaw. There was no manager on staff to speak with but all they could do was promise it would be refunded in 1-3 days. So now we are awaiting our payment and will never be staying at a laquinta again.

You have to be a contortionist to reach the toilet paper from the toilet. Shower door would not stay closed.

This property is not near anything, but not their fault just would be nice. The breakfast was ok just not great. I could not get TV information.They did not clean my room, even after asking twice. It says they are suppose to clean every three days, never did. The staff was nice.

The AC/Fans are so loud. We had to switch rooms because it was extremely loud and went to another floor and although it was less noice I was not able to sleep because of how loud the unit and the thermostat were.
