This new hotel was fabulous! We had a 4th floor view of Lake Dillon. The hotel also has a garage which was fabulous for below zero weather and snow! The suite was quite roomy and comfortable!

Beautiful place. The garage was a nice surprise. The bar made it extra special. Ashley is a gem!

Ultra clean and the staff was very nice and attentive

Was taken aback that they charge $15 for parking. A bit over the top. Was also disappointed in the breakfast. The juice was watered down. The eggs were omlets that come out of a plastic bag. No potatoes. No bananas. The oatmeal was watery. Overall so disappointing for a hotel that has a reputation of being higher quality.

Staff was very helpful (Erin)! The VUE restaurant was lovely; good food, great drinks, wonderful view. Rooms were lovely, quiet. Liked everything about Homewood Suites.

Erin greeted me on arrival and gave me all the information quickly with good detail! Super helpful! The accomodation was new, extremely clean and comfortable! Highly recommend this spot including for our dog!!

It's a fairly new place, so everything was sparkling clean and in great condition. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was extremely quiet, and had a lovely view of Lake Dillon. Only comments would be that there's a $15 dollar per night fee for parking your car. I always think ancillary fees like this are ridiculous. It's not an airport hotel, so people in Dillon got there by car. Just include it in the price of the room. Don't exclude it so your pricing looks better online, only for guests to be surprised at checkout. Also, the only streaming service available in the room is Netflix. A lot of hotels now allow you log in to your Hulu, Prime, and other such subscription services. We weren't there to watch TV, but it would have been nice. Regardless, it's a nice place, and we would stay there again.

New property, clean and confortable

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was super hard. When we checked in, a party next to us was offered waters for the room but we were not.

Great hotel in a great location

I will recommend this property to everyone coming up towards Breckenridge! The rooms ever awesome and cost saving given the kitchen set up. The breakfast was the best and was different everyday. The pool area was always clean and not crowded! Then you get to the staff..wow..everyone was so friendly and willing to serve and please!

Great hotel with great amenities. Not much right around the hotel but that will change as the area continues to grow. Walkable to a few restaurants and Lake Dillon.

BEWARE - we love Hilton properties and have never had to leave a negative review before but the interaction with the GM has left us no choice (the other staff were kind). After receiving our receipt, we were sent an updated one with a $50 cleaning fee added without any justification. After a couple of calls asking for justification, we were finally sent a couple of pictures (attached). There were 0 trash bags in the unit and the cleaning service (which we requested on day 2) never showed up, so after a 4 day stay we didn't have anywhere to stick our coffee cups and empty La Croix cans. As you can see in the pics, this maybe took cleaning staff 10 minutes to put into trash bags (which were not provided in the unit, which also had very small trash cans) but we were accessed a $50 fee and provided no justification. After looking at the photos, staff on the phone agreed that the cleaning fee probably shouldn't have been accessed and said if I emailed the GM he would take care of it. After emailing the GM and being ignored for 4 days, I followed up asking for a response and simply received a "sorry you weren't happy" response. He didn't try justifying their arbitrary fee or address the lack of bags/cleaning service, he simply said the room was "destroyed" (which honestly made us laugh given how melodramatic it was given the actual situation) but we were left frustrated. He also stated, "never stay here again if you want" when we asked for more explanation on how $50 was decided.

I don’t have any complaints. The staff was friendly, the rooftop is really cute, and the hotel itself is very clean and beautiful.

I stayed here for my skiing trip at Breckenridge, it wasn’t too far of a drive so it was a perfect affordable location. This hotel had free breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausages, coffee and other breakfast items. The front desk was super friendly when we arrived at midnight and there’s a decent amount of indoor and outdoor parking. I would stay here again, our room was pretty large and clean.

Great new hotel in the perfect spot for a ski vacation

Hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable! Staff was amazing and super accommodating. The views were beautiful and the common areas cozy. 10 mins from Keystone for skiing was great. Lots of stores and dining in the area with a car. Highly recommend it!

Great for epic pass holders like us. All 4 ski areas are within reasonable distance. There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from. Most of them have good food and less expensive than ski resort villages. City Market grocery is only 1 traffic light away and within walking distance. We cooked a few times during our stay and saved some money on dining. The kitchen in the suite is small but has all the basic stuffs for cooking. Just don’t expect the knives or the pots and pans are as good as what you have at home. The indoor parking is a plus for snowing days. It filled up quickly and each space is small so leave your truck or large SUV outside maybe a good idea. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They keep this place neat and clean. We feel really comfortable during our stay. We will come back again.

Great stay

Property is great and in a great location. They need to work on their check in times. Twice we have been there we were waiting after 4pm check in time.

Everything is wonderful!

Chose this hotel for a birthday getaway…restaurant was closed, sidewalks were poorly cleared, dog poop container overflowing…truly disappointing.
