People at the reception are were very professional. Room had everything I need. Very convenient that it had a little kitchen. I'm very particular with cleanness and this place didn't fail me.

Really appreciated being able to check in a few hours early! Everyone at the desk was so kind and Hermalinda the housekeeper was so nice to give us extra towels! We really enjoyed our quick stay! Can’t believe how quiet it is! Thank you!

My mom was in the hospital at Loma Linda and I’m aware of the surrounding areas. I wasn’t comfortable staying anywhere near the hospital since I was alone. I decided to stay here, it was really nice, clean and I felt safe! The front desk clerks were really nice and helpful! Enjoyed my stay, would definitely stay again on another visit.

It was a nice hotel but a bit expensive and what i really was upset about was after paying $200 for the room online they took another $150 deposit that i did not expect and here we are 3 days later and i still have not received the deposit back. We left the room in performance condition and did not buy anything there at the hotel or give them any reason to keep it. I would not recommend this hotel because of that reason.

Our bedding and nightstands had cat hair all over them. It wasn’t just on the top sheet, there was hair on every linen article. I’m allergic to cats and was told that cats aren’t allowed in the rooms of I would have not stayed there. Woke up with an allergic reaction and was told “the cat hair must be down to the mattress” when I asked if the room bedding hadn’t been switched out. So gross and not worth the aftermath of my allergy attack. My parting gift was a Claritin. Won’t be staying there again. We have loved the residence inn in San Diego.

The property was away from the freeway and very quiet. I understand that the rooms are not made up daily. I feel there needs to be a better system to replenish items in the room daily if needed. I went to the front desk to request more coffee for the room. They said they would bring some up to the room. Unfortunately that didn’t happen.

GOOD - Clean and modern, good value, better budget breakfast than elsewhere including fresh burritos on this occasion. LESS GOOD - reception often unmanned, no prices shown in the shop.

Loved this hotel. The front desk person who checked us in was very nice and made our day at 10pm after a 7 hour drive. The room layout was great and very new and clean. We ended up having to leave a day early but Debi (the manager on duty) took care of us and refunded a day. Would definitely return here next time we are in Redlands.

This is a very nice property. The room was actually better than the pictures which was a pleasant surprise considering the photos online were already convincing enough. Nice lounge area, great breakfast, clean property and friendly staff.

Great room. Parking lot needs signs for main entrance to main lobby and desk. One Way signs needed for some parking lot exits so that people understand there are street islands separating traffic.

Hotel was ok (overall), but Front Desk Eilen and Manager Heaven have terrible cservice skills. FDesk could not process a ccard and had a very bad attitude when I ask to process card manually. Refrigerator broke down twice during my stay.

Lots of space. Very clean updated. Floor in kitchen clean but sticky, maybe too much cleaning product. Couch vinyl and a bit uncomfortable, same with chair. Happy there was a chair, but cushion kept sliding off. Loved the ice maker actually working in freezer(L.A. counterpart didn’t work). Breakfast nice. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Area convenient, but not much of a view. Lobby clean and new, but furniture all vinyl and uncomfortable. Great parking.

I really liked the cleanliness of the room. The room was spacious and had everything in working order. The internet can be a bit slow from time to time but other than that I liked the location. Safe and walkable to stores, shopping, groceries, etc. Staff's service could be improved significantly however.
