It looks like the shower couldn't get enough water. I had to take a bath. The curtains need cleaning.

Noise! from the other guest not addressed. Cigarette and marijuana smoke throughout.out the stairs and floors. Cleaning service can only be done when you are present. Exit door is not properly secure at times. Smoke gets into non smoking room. Key has to be recorded after 12 hours.

Ac only had cold air towels dirty

The facility smells like weed and cigarettes. The room was not thoroughly cleaned and the sheets were dirty and cigarettes hole.

It was a clean hotel with fast service

Not bad very friendly and supportive. Alarm kept going off in smoking room but other than that the stay wasn’t bad. Would stay again.

The best part of the stay was leaving. The entire hotel smelled of bad weed and dozens of different air fresheners, i had a headache within 5 minutes of checking in. The bed mattress was worn out and each individual spring could be felt. The mattress frame was a cheap college dorm type and was so worn out that you were constantly about to roll off the bed. No wash clothes were available in the bathroom, there was limited hot water, it was luke warm at best. The hotel was extremely noisy with multiple different people screaming in the hallway and banging on doors all throughout the stay and through the night. The security latch on my room door was also missing. The shower floor, actually all the floors, had a oily substance all over them. The bed sheets were also poor quality and very scratchy. The pillows were also terrible. The room was also small with nowhere to put your stuff with graffiti on the walls and no clothes hangers in the closet. Overall the hotel is at best a 0.5 star.

This part of Jamaica is really bad. It looks unsafe at night, may find some gang-related activities. Best to avoid this if possible!

Great hotel for the price per night. A couple of noted factors, the bathrooms do not have a wash cloths so make sure you bring your own. Double check the sheets to ensure you have clean ones. Do not bring perishables due to the rooms not having a personal mini-fridge or microwave. The check in time starts at 2 however early check ins are $25. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room said "king size bed" however the room had a queens. For the price per night its not bad however.

This place is like a crack house getting style entire building smells like weed and noisy,no parking . would not recommend this place.

The place is more for a short stay. This is for someone who is bringing me a person of the night to do nasty things. They're also doubling as a homeless shelter. Avoid at all cost if you want to have a nice stay. Unless you're into sketchy places and do mind staying there.

Its bit at a preference for non smoking persons. Really the worst stay i have ever had. Description and photos on Expedia are irrelevant

The room was very small, The bed was very uncomfortable, a lot of noise, yelly and smell of both cigarettes and Marijuana.

The room and beds were very good. It was very clean. Big TV and spacious room. Room in 1st floor was very close to street and you can hear every car. It was too noisy.

Poor Lighting Facility in the Room for Reading Purposes.

Conditions of hotel and room was very bad. Though the Hallway it was smells like week. Not suitable for family and couples.

The foyer and entrance to the elevator to the second floor had a strong of weed.

Rooms were run down, and bathroom moldy.

Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating and the room for the price was exactly what you would expect. We booked a week before travelling due to a last minute change in travel plans. While I am happy with my stay overall, I have a few tips for potential travellers: 1. The location is great if you’re flying into JFK and well connected to airport via subway and Q3 bus. 2. Notwithstanding the above, it is still over an hour from Manhattan by subway so was not super convenient if you’re going to NY specifically to see Manhattan or Brooklyn. 3. Jamaica Avenue where the hotel is located is quite rundown and likely won’t be a lot of people’s “cup of tea”. 4. The bodegas and sandwich shops in the Jamaica area of Queens near the hotel are all great. Don’t be afraid to sample the deli food and chat to the people. 5. There seems to be a good bit of short stay activity at the hotel. No judgment but wish I knew before hand.

First the pictures on the site of how the hotel look inside is the opposite.. as u enter u can smell cigarettes scent.. when u get to the room it look like a run down motel .. the tv doesn’t work, the furniture has stains all over.. before u check in as them to let u c the room Cause it’s a scam … out of 10 I rate this hotel a 1

The room was nasty,dirty and it had bad house keeping.

The staff was really nice but the hallways smelled like puke and the room was not cleaned properly. The shower curtain had some mold on it that was dark so it could have been dangerous. There was not enough towels for our stay and housekeeping didn’t visit our room at all. A pretty depressing atmosphere but it was cheap and it seemed like the staff was trying their best given the circumstances.

This place was awful!! This place stunk of weed and smoke from the minute we walked in the doors. We asked for them to make sure we had a smoke free room, the first room was so stinky the smoke smell hit us before we walked in the door. We had our room changed and the second room was dirty! We had burn marks in the sheets, covers and windows, no toilet paper, no batteries or backing to the remote, yellow stains on the sheets! We left immediately! There was no way we where going to sleep there! Stay away from this place! It needs to be shut down!
